Initially I was a little disappointed till I read the directions. I too thought it was not powered only lit up but after reading the directions (lol) I discovered you have to pushed the button on the base and keep it depressed and push off to get motor going then it goes as long as the “foot” button is depressed. It's not letting me add the video sorry. When the lights on the front bar stay red it's time to recharge.

While the scooter is beautiful in design, it's not what I expected. The packaging was very secure and that leads me to believe pre assembly was rushed. It's missing pieces, I bought 2 of these as Christmas gifts and the bolt is on backwards on one. One is missing the cover to the handle bar. It is pretty fast once you push off, but not an electric scooter per se. lights are pretty though. Wouldn't recommend, wouldn't buy from seller again either.

Received item and put together lights had power but no power and the motor. Hassle to return and waiting on credit.

Did not work returning tomorrow I charged it fully and it does nothing but light up don't buy this item

i bought this electric scooter for my daughter for christmas, when it was delivered, i should have put it together and charged it and tested to see if it worked, but i didnt until after my daughter opened it on christmas day. After putting it together and charging as per instructions, the scooter didnt move after pressing the button for it to start going. I contacted this seller through the walmart app, but i got the run around until after the date of being able to request a refund or replacement. After the final day of being able to request a refund, the seller turns into a ghost and wont respond to my emails. So now my daughter cant even play with her christmas present and im out $80. I highly recommend anyone trying to buy product from this sellerthat they do NOT! They are scammers and WILL steal your money! I would leave 0 stars but it wouldnt let me!

My item was delivered with the whole side of the box destroyed! The scooter would not work since the beginning and sent back now I HAVE TO PAY A DIFFERENT PRICE!!! Not happy at all that I have to pay more money for a new one for my daughter's Christmas present when it was not my mess up! Not happy at all. I attached the photo from fed ex and one I took! VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED! Will not be using this company again!

This company is the worst. I purchased two scooters and they stopped working in less two weeks . Company will not refund and will send emails everyday lying about a refund in process. I been going back and forth for two months for a refund

I ordered TWO of these as Christmas presents and neither one actually goes!! False advertisement considering they advertise them as being electric and going 6 mph! would give 0 stars if I could!

Not what you expect when you read electric scooter! End of day it's still plain scooter kids still need to kick off to gain speed and to keep going! Overpriced regular scooter at the end of the day!!!!
