Electric Scooter White 350W 8.5' Foldable E-scooter for Adults and Child, 21 Miles Range UL2272

This scooter is so fun! I use it to get back and forth to work. It's just a little too far to walk, as I don't want to be sweaty when I get to the office. But this scooter makes quick work of getting me there. It is zippy! If you are going to let someone use it who has never been on an e-scooter you should put it on turtle speed so they don't hurt themselves.

Got it for a friend. She's around 5 foot nothing %26 it's perfect for her commute. She enjoys it immensely. I rode it myself, %26 as a six-foot guy it still rode comfortably. The honeycomb(solid rubber) tires do make for a bumpy ride on some roads, but on smooth pavement this puppy sails.

Love these scooters. I bought 3 when they were on sale so my daughter and her friends could "sce-doo-ter" around town during summer break. They are fast so I don't recommend them for kids younger than 12. I might buy a few more as back up for me and my girlfriends!

Doesn't go 20mph actually goes around 16 with me weighing in at 220lb.battery life is decent but not as good as advertised. Does have a cool app with cruise control and lock(you have to keep it turned on to use the lock.) overall decent scooter for beginners or some who travels short distances and looking for a cheap e-scooter.

the app doesn't work and it doesn't go 19 mph it only goes 16 mph that does not work at all I've tried all the time to open the app and it never opens it never works I even put used a different phone and my tablet and my iPad and it's the app still does not work so you cannot use Bluetooth you cannot change the speed you cannot change the brake system you can't do nothing with it it's a rip off

Even pressing the speed button all the way down, mine only goes up to 11 miles per hour after just a few days of use. At first, the most it did was 21 miles per hour. I think I am entitled to a return - will do that. Besides the speed problem, though, the scooter is great (and pretty!)

After one week of using the product, we noticed that the handlebar screws fell off, which is extremely dangerous considering this is a battery-powered vehicle that can reach speed. I need a replacement product. The wrench fitting and the screw holes were worn out, which prevented the handlebar from tightening properly and made it unsafe to use.

This scooter is being sold with known motor issues. It only worked for one month before getting an error code 17, no longer starting. The code, we are told from the seller is motor malfunction and their only option is to send a motor replacement and video. I'll be surprised if it even shows. Do not Easter your time on this scooter. It is not worth it and has been nothing but a headache in trying to get it working again or resolved.

Sent this email to Walmart 4/6/26, I've now had this item for 3 months and it has an error code on it with a wrench and won't work. We ordered two and one works just fine, the other doesn't. I know it has a 6 month warranty but not sure what I need to do. Please advise. Thank you This is was Walmart's response-We've contacted AOVOPRO on your behalf for the order below. Someone from their team will contact you within 48 hours. It has been 30 days and I have heard nothing from Walmart or ADVOPRO! BuYER BEWARE -No help if this product malfunctions!

I recently purchased this electric scooter, and while it performs fine on smooth roads, riding it on regular asphalt is extremely uncomfortable. Every small bump and crack in the road sends strong vibrations directly through the scooter into my body. At times, my face literally shakes, and it feels like I might even bite my tongue if I'm not careful. The lack of proper suspension and the hard tires make longer rides very tiring. For short trips on perfectly smooth pavement, it might be okay, but on normal city roads, the vibrations are just too much. I honestly expected a smoother ride for the price. Unless you only plan to ride on very flat surfaces, I can't really recommend this model.
