the one thing that could use improvement is the app for the phone sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't I need to fix it. overall I'm happy with my purchase I wish the lights on the side of the scooter you could turn them off they stay on all the time other than that I might have a set person that holds my weight no problem and if you're 300 lb it'll definitely hold you even a little heavier.

Great scooter, if you weight 250lbs I recommend this scooter. The battery is pretty strong so going inclined or up hills you’ll have no problem. To turn off the led lights at bottom tap the power button 3 times and the light will turn off, sadly you can’t change the color on the app. The tires have good handling I hit a curb at high speed with no problem.

ok so lets discuss this scooter. if you go off the speedometer on the scooter and app you are getting the speed they say in the add but the only problem with that is they dont have the right speed. it is readed the right speed up to 10mph after that the speedometer will show you are doing 25mph but you are lucky to be going 17mph and yes i had a police friend use a laser gun on me going top speed. as far as distance if you was on perfect flat ground you might actually get 28 miles out of it but thats a perfect level ground. once you hit a hill even a small one it takes everything it has to climb it. so if you going up a lot of hills you wont go to far. i live in an area with a lot of big hills and i was able to go 17 miles and i had to get off to walk it up some good size inclines but im also about 210lbs so it was working at its max load. i found that if i push with one foot like a regular scooter it will climb much better just like peddle assists on an ebike. All my lights worked and if you read the manual it will tell you how to properly work all the lights. the brakes are ok. the app kinda sucks if i try to change my lights on the app the scooter shuts off and sometimes it wont even work so i have to dismiss the scooter and reconnect to it for the app to work somewhat. that needs fixed so the lights work properly from the app. overall its an ok scooter and if you do what im doing and add a bigger battery you can increase the range. please don't mess with your battery if you don't know what your doing or you can burn your house down so please seak professional help with that

gets me around

runs good as long as you keep it charged; the speed slows down the lower the battery gets i can definitely feel the brakes slowly wearing after about a months daily use though 😓 but other than that, no complaints. it keeps its charge for a decently long time and goes far for a scooter, so that’s lovely (maybe 20 miles) also has a headlight, brake light, and pretty loud bell👍

i really like how u can control the speed settings and other settings in the app the only thing I don't like is that in the ad it says the battery gets 28 miles before it dies and it only gets to ride about 15 miles tops before it dies

Not as Fast as Advertised

Davonta May 9, 2025

I purchased the E-shooter with the expectation that it would reach speeds of up to 25 mph, as advertised. However, after testing it on various terrains and under different conditions, I found that the scooter consistently maxed out at 16 mph. This significant discrepancy between the advertised and actual speed is disappointing and raises concerns about the accuracy of the product's specifications.

It works, but you can get much better for the $

Alex September 8, 2025

I really wanted to like this e scooter. The handle bars wobble even when the screws are 100% tight. The speed can be up to 10mph off, needs to be calibrated. for example the scooter shows 21mph when GPS shows 11mph. Range is not good. the best I got out of a full charge is roughly 10miles and I weigh 175lbs. maybe a kid that weighs less than 100lbs can get a range of 20 miles. Trying to return it and the seller is being quite difficult. I am disappointed that I bought this and don't recommend. You can get the same range and speed with an under $200 scooter on Amazon.

Unsatisdied

Diane May 28, 2025

Purchased item through Walmart, shipped from the end company and after son used it for just shy of a month the throttle went out and stopped working. Walmart would not honor return for electronics past 30 days with no extended warranty offered so we were just out of a scooter and the money in the end.

It came to me without the rubber protector to cover your charger port on the scooter, I email the company and sent them a photo of it but no response so be aware and don't buy from this seller and my handlebar keep shaking after the screws are in there so when I ride this scooter I brought for 298 dollars
