Fantastic
I am putting in a wood burning stove. I needed to put a 7" hole through a 8" concrete wall. I tried normal hammer drills with very success. I was only about 1/4 done after many hours of drilling. This thing completed the rest of the job in a little over an hour.

No reason to spend more.
Installed an auto lift with 10 holes 1/2 " x 7" never a whimper. Great buy. I can't seem to get the adj. handle up where it belongs but no problems.

Well worth the money...
It was exactly what I was looking for...Heavy duty with a long cord. I plan to use it on my concrete slab in my back yard.

Good customer service
I had some trouble with the first drill I received, as it burned out after just an hour of use during a light home renovation project. However, Ihubdeal's customer service was excellent and they immediately shipped me a new one. This replacement drill has held up very well, with no issues of overheating or shutting off randomly. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the quality of this tool, especially considering its affordable price. I would definitely give it 5 stars for customer service and quality

Low Quality
Doesnt seem strong enough to drill concrete. Smells like it is over heating. Customer service never called me back. The chuck broke the first time I used it. I do not recommend this drill.
