[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Electrolux ELFG7637AT dryer is an absolute showstopper. The Perfect Steam feature is next‑level—wrinkles melt away, clothes come out smooth, polished, and ready to wear straight from the dryer. Dress shirts, pants, even tees look so crisp that I genuinely don't reach for an iron anymore. Add in the LuxCare Dry System, which perfectly senses moisture to protect fabrics from over‑drying, and you get clothes that feel softer, look better, and last longer. It's fast, quiet, powerful, and finishes laundry like a professional press. This isn't just a dryer—it's a wardrobe upgrade. Highly, highly recommended.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: After our washer went out and we had to replace her we decided to get the matching dryer to go with the set. This has been a huge change and upgrade for me. I am still getting used to it. My last dryer had 3 temp settings, a timer, and 4 cycle settings. This thing I feel like I need a license to work, haha just kidding. It is pretty self explanatory. I love all the different options! Having the 15 minute fast dry is awesome if I need something now and quick. Then having the options for delicates, air dry, and the instant refresh is great. I find myself using the Instant refresh way more than I thought I would! If something if wrinkled just throw it in there and it steams it and refreshes it to get the wrinkles out and makes it come out like it was just washed. I did learn, it does steam it so if you do the instant refresh you have to leave it in there for the whole 10 minutes otherwise your material will still be damp when you take it out. The other great feature I want to mention is the Allergen mode. It gets the load up to a high temp and keeps it there so that it kills anything that could cause allergy problems. We have animals so when I wash any of their stuff I always wash on the Sanitize/Allergen cycle and the dry on the Allergen/Sanitize cycle. Cons: The darn light. I wish there was an option to keep the light on longer in the drum. I fold my laundry as I take it out of the dryer. So the short amount of time it gives of the light being on is not nearly enough. I hate having to go through all the options to turn it back on again. I wish there was just 1 simple button you could push that would turn it on again for another 3 or 5 minutes at a time. Second is the lint trap. I know come at me. I love that it is double sided or the basket type thingy. However, I can't stand that it doesn't just open to like 180 degrees and then just stop. It just keeps going almost all the way around. I find it annoying and hard to clean. I know it is just new to me and I need to get used to it still but it has been a few months now and I am still not any more happy with it or less annoyed yet. Besides those 2 things I am happy with everything else about the dryer. Overall: 9/10 Would Recommend
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced out 22 year old kenmore with the Electrolux Perfect steam and it has been total game changer. They size of the dryer is incredible and it drys a lot faster than you might expect. Add to that the timer that informs you about the remaining time in minutes. Highly recommend.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lint filter is the best, no more lint clogging vent line. Machine gets most loads dry in one go. What more can you ask?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has a reversible door which was critical for us because our dryer vent and gas line are on the left side of the laundry room. Electrolux was a no brainer for us.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time purchaser of an Electrolux Dryer. I am very pleased. It took several loads to be able to select the best options for me. Very happy with how the clothes come out of the dryer. I really lover the refresh cycle. I have never had that option before and it is great. Looking forward to many years of usage with this dryer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a "Fridgeidare" gas dryer for the past 20 years and was always happy with it. I've had the new one now for 2 weeks and have not had the opportunity to try the Steam or LuxCare features yet, but I'm happy with the Electrolux especially since the operating dials, etc. are very similiar. to what I'm used to.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having a different brand for many years, we decided to go with this Electrolux. This dryer has so many drying options and it's so easy to use. I especially love the steam feature for items that are a bit wrinkled - no need to get out the iron! Very happy that we made the switch to this Electrolux!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Original dryer had rattled when turned on and had a two-piece door design where the two pieces were unseated at the door handle area. Replacement dryer controls laid out well and easy to use and happy with lint filter, performance and pedestal. Semirigid exhaust hose slips off dryer exhaust tube easily and appears dryer tube taper is too steep, and dryer tube crimp stands very proud on the outside diameter, which does not facilitate a tight fit. Had to use a very flexible exhaust hose, which was not preferred.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been working well. The time estimate is confusing. We understand that it is an estimate, but it started with 90 min and changed to 1 min or something like that when it reduced to around 40 min. The total was about 50 min.
