It's a little salty and taste like you're drinking saline water but other than that it gives you energy.

it's salty. Even though it says drink with 8 oz it's kinder in my taste buds to just chug it down in a small amount of water. Then drink normal water. Handy to have.

Tasteless, odorless and oily
I like the fact that there's no bad odor or taste. However, there's a distinctly oily feeling to the liquid I put it in that is quite off-putting. Maybe I'll get used to it?
