Since they took quinine out of Hylands leg cramp pills they don't work any more. My wife found that a lack of certain electrolytes and minerals can cause muscle cramps and saw that these pills contain everything recommended to prevent leg cramps. They started working within a week. I take 1 in the morning before work and one when I get home. The recommended dose is 1 capsule per day, but maybe because I am so big that's why I need 2 for best results. As long as I'm taking them on work days, I almost never have cramps or "Charlie horses" at night any more. These are a preventative for me, not a remedy. I'm thankful for my wife finding these!

I absolutely love these. I faithfully take mine every morning and am glad I tried this product. I get dehydrated very easily and I depend on these to help with that. If you are thinking about trying these then go ahead.
