It is the most adorable item at a very reasonable price. I bought it as a gift for my grandson so unsure if it operates as indicated. But I'm sure it does.

Claw does not move to the left where item dump exists
The claw is not strong enough to pick up a piece of candy. It is a great idea, but it needs to have a stronger grip. I ended up returning it
everything was fine until my son tried to put the candy and the overflow wouldn't let the machine work properly, biggest thing I hate about it is the volume on the music cannot be adjusted
ny grandson was so excited to have his own claw machine, played with it for about an hour and it broke, very poorly made..i expected more from this company
