better than the original

Rubyredd December 26, 2008

My child liked the original Guess Who but it just fell apart due to having so many pieces and being used by small kids. This version is just great. It is accompanied by large cards for each player with all the faces on it, as opposed to lots of tiny cards. My children love the fact that there are other things to guess at, such as animals, kids, and monsters. The original just had ordinary people--which this one has too. It requests batteries, but they are not required to play the game. We did not have any for opening it at xmas and the kids have liked it just fine. The batteries are for bells and whistles that will be even more fun later.

Very fun.

I really like this guess who because of the extra character boards. We don't get bored as quickly. It's a fun game that we can play for about an hour. We haven't even gotten around to trying the new extra games.

Better than the original!

ThriftyOrganizerMom January 7, 2010

I bought this for my kids for Christmas because I had always loved the original Guess Who game and I heard the new ones were made very flimsy. This turned out to be one of those times when they actually greatly improved on an original hit!! We love having options for how to play. The kids and monster cards are really cute and easy to make questions about. The animals card and funny faces can be a little hard to play sometimes, but still work fine. It's made to be very sturdy and easy to do. Having it at an agle makes it less likely to have accidental window closing. Overall this is a really great game that my 5.5 and 7 year olds are able to play and enjoy along with their mom and dad!

Great Game

Taysmama December 26, 2009

My daughter got this for Christmas and LOVES IT! We have already played it multiple times and she loves it more than all the other stuff she got. It's better than the original because there are more faces/things to choose from, so you never get bored. I would completely recommend this game for kids (and everyone) who love asking questions, enjoy observation and mystery games. It's a load of fun for all ages!

great toy

busychef January 7, 2009

game is perfect for help in developing perception and question/answer skills and to top it off it is really enjoyable for the kids. Smaller children and children working on communication skills will need assistance initially but the concept of the game is an easy one to pick up with a little practice.

This is an excellent upgrade for this game. My 7 year old loves it. I had the older version for my older kids when they were her age and there were always game pieces everywhere. This game is so neat and organized. Since it has a game board rather than individual character pieces, it is well kept together. She even plays it with my 4 year old without making a mess. The sounds and lights are a big plus. I even enjoy this game.

Fun for all

JeninIL October 2, 2008

My son got this for his 6th birthday. Fun for all of us to play with him. Helps him learn to ask good questions and to pay attention to details. A little expensive, but nice to have different games to play instead of the same people over and over.

Gets a little confusing

NoodleFoodle December 19, 2009

My twin girls love playing this game, but I think they like pushing the green & red buttons when signaling a right or wrong answer more than anything. Some of the cards are a little confusing about what questions to ask (especially for a 6 year old) & sometimes conflicts with the ending answer of their opponent. Overall however, this is a great game...and we all love playing it together.

My kids like the original Guess Who? better. The timer stresses them out. When they do play this game, they play it without the electronic part on.
