The chart is good and easy to understand letters. It has good sound but it would have been great if the volume was a bit more high and my kid really liked it. But it was hard to press the buttons each time for words and alphabets. It's good price and waterproof which is good for a 1 or 2 year old. 

I sent it to my granddaughter in Oklahoma, I live in AZ. So idk if she plays with and learns from it. I thought she would greatly benefit from this, that is why I bought it.

You can't beat the price andy daughter loves it. She does struggle sometimes with pushing the button. But other than that yes it's a good gift for someone or for your own child

Its not as large as pictured, the way it ships its very hard to get it to hang straight. You have to push on it kinda hard to get it to work. Cute concept but not planned well.

The concept of it hanging from a hook does not pan out well.

Never received the item. They sent another cheap toy that was not even close to this. A little hand held toy. It costs the same so I kept it, instead of dealing with returns %26 such. Ended up just donating it, since it was not what I wanted. Was disappointing since it was supposed to be for my lil niece.

I was sent a totally different item from what I ordered and when I tried to get a refund I didn't get a response back. The picture I uploaded is what I received and is not even close to what I ordered.

I did not get what was ordered and paid for. the order states 78 pieces, only received 26 (capital letters only), only 1/3 of the order. Contacted the seller, and they offered to refund 1/2 the cost. I did not receive half the order, so why should I pay half? Will be returning the item for a full refund.

It's cheaply made and verbally not clear.
