not sure how they will hold up after washing, hopefully the sheet set will feel as wonderful as they do now. they went on bed perfectly and quality of workmanship was excellent

the pillow cases ripped at the seams. the elastic around the fitted sheet was not sewn on and the flat sheet was fine. i don't like giving bad reviews because something could be wrong the sewing machine. it didn't go to waste cause being a crafter I made Teddy bears and other stuff characters for children

Up till this past week, more specific this one particular order i placed, for 5 different sets of bed sheets, ive had nothing but good experiences with ordering product, the shipping and accurate on time or early delivery, theres always going to be exceptions,something late, back ordered , blah,blah, blah crap. Right? This order , the 1 package which included 2 items , is all ive seen up to this date 25 july 2024. And i placed the order first week of july, early. Seems like to me so far, its everybody playing the blame game with one another, because ive notified the 3 vendors to follow up on my order, yea three different companys that walmart uses for sales of items, i know they always used third party businesses when you searching for an item and order it through walmart, trying to keep the purchase streamlined, but ive inquired about the where abouts of the other 3 bed sheet sets , to the vendors, then you fall into a deep rabbit hole, because walmart becomes the middle link of the daisy chain, what ever is communicated is linked through walmart then forwarded to myself or back to the supplier, serms like a lot of unnecessary steps, when walmart has every bit of my information, and walmart dont want to give but nessary info. to supplier, why do you even need my input and ground pounding , searching for stuff related to the order that you Walmart , already have in front of the store associate whos working the missing packages? As anyone or who ever will read this , we all know the reason for tactics implemented in a customer service environment , where as the customer is just being ran around and around in circles, its hard for me to believe that fedex foulded up on the packages, but everybody makes mistakes, i guess my point im trying to stress about is in the past week or so, fedex has been in my yard with orders i placed since the nightmare about bed sheet sets! The driver knows my local , I dont have time to be no CSI into who saw my packages last , this logistic nightmare falls into walmarts and the third party supplier and which ever one of them if not both parties , hired the delivery service, cause if you didnt directly contract a delivery service, your information that will be provided to you is going to be very limited, to like what you view normally like tracking the order , and then you start sering where as your package has been delivered, i think , sure havent seen a delivery truck out here not none today, makes me start thinking some where , somebody dont have all the info and just want to pencil whip the order number as seen to be completed, closed. When actually only one package was delivered, this is definately a big area , which needs a lot of rework and areas of much needed improvement. By no means this is not my first time with a foulded up order, but its the managed and handled the most unprofessional to this date ive ever experienced, so this transaction experience has myself , thinking about my future directions elsewhere
