I have created and taught broad pen calligraphy for over 50 years. I have used these pens during a great deal of those years. My most recent set were drying out so I purchased this set. I cannot be without them for quick calligraphy projects. The colors are vivid and this set has a good selection. The set is available in different pen tip widths. Medium width is my work horse. Speedball also produces an all black ink set. I always have them by my drawing table as well.

I have used these pens for calligraphy for many years. They do a beautiful job of writing, and last a fairly long time.
