Element 18.4 cu. ft. French Door Refrigerator - White (ERFD19CGCW)

My husband and I needed to replace our old side-by-side fridge that was 22 years old and getting loud. We wanted something smaller for just the two of us that would fit in the allotted space and this was perfect. Plenty of room between the nice wide shelves inside the fridge and gallon-sized shelves on the door. Two separate freezer drawers inside the one large pullout drawer is all the room that we need. Hidden handles along the top of the freezer and the top and bottom of the fridge make opening easy and more ergonomic. Very happy with this new fridge!

Nice size for our space. We couldn't get anything larger and it fit perfect . But I do miss the lower drawer for eggs etc. and the butter compartment. Freezer has plenty of room.

I bought the French door bottom freezer refrigerator 18.4 and absolutely love it it's everything that I wanted and need and it fit through my front door that was very important Thank you and appreciate the business.

We were looking for a slimmer refridgerator for our small kitchen and this fits perfectly in the space. It does not bump out too much further than our cabinet, but it does provide the added space in the fridge/freezer compared to our old 16.6 cf fridge/freezer. No complaints here with the crisper freezing the fruits/vegetables since there is a thermostat on the back of the inside wall dedicated for those drawers. The only complaint I have, even at the lowest chill level for the fridge/freezer, it keeps everything in the freezer extremely cold. I would recommend providing an extra level for the freezer so that it doesn't risk freezer burn on the food. That's the only reason whyI gave it 4 stars.

Love the freezer on the bottom and the French doors. I had an issue with the temperature. My celery started to freeze. Turned thermostat to the lowest setting and it seems to be working find. Close my.

You have to push the doors shut, they don't automatically shut on their own like my old fridge! That's why there is a door alarm, to remind you if you don't push them close

2 minor suggestions: I wish there was one more option for the frigerator shelves, and the temp control was a bit difficult to understand. Otherwise great frig, and I love how quiet it is!

The freezer works very well, but the temperature controls for the refrigerator only has three settings. The middle setting is best, but the vegetables in the crisper drawer freeze. The higher temperature setting is to high (over 40 degrees). Also, the French doors are not aligned so the tops of the doors hit each other when closing. The ice maker works great. The interior of the refrigerator and freezer are nicely laid out.

It really gets cold. It freezes my eggs,milk n juices on 1❄️. The outside of the doors hold every print from touch. Even water leave marks. Constantly wiping. But other than that its nice.

I traded my brand new element because it had a problem with the freezer. 2 days .after we spoke to the dealer, they were going to send us a new one. Only because element does not have parts. I now have a Frigidaire and it works fine and if there is a problem, they have parts
