Great TV

ortin October 24, 2009

Found this on sale at my local Wal-Mart for much less then online so I jumped on the deal. I was surprised at the quality. Not as many hookups and features as my Sharp Aquos but the picture and sound are terrific when hooked up to my Dish Network receiver, and the ATSC tuner found a bunch of over the air channels in HD. This will be a great bedroom TV and it's light enough so I can take it tailgaiting during football season. I'm not sure what the one bad rating is about who said to google it, because that's exactly what I did and read nothing but good things about it. You will always have people who get a bad unit every now and then, no matter what brand, even with your precious Vizio. Go read the Vizio reviews and you will see the same thing. If you find a good deal on this Element unit, I would highly recommend it! Great TV!

Truck driver

jeannieviv October 13, 2009

My boyfriend is a truck driver and bought this tv for his truck. It's hanging in the bunk of his 18 wheeler by bungies, bounces down the road all day, he claims the bunk came down on the top of the tv and the tv is still functioning normally. He recommends this product as sturdy, reliable and a great value for the price.

Excellent Value w/ great price

Bendaoud October 11, 2009

Got this TV about a week ago! Very happy and satisfied with the quality and value. I recommend buying it from a Walmart store near you if avialable since it is being sold in the store for only $248. I love the glossy appearance of the outside frame! I also reommend getting the 2 years extended waranty offered by Walmart for less than $20 as an additional peace of mind! Can't go wrong with this deal!

Love it!

Emaa October 24, 2009

Just bought this TV and am amazed at the picture quality from a set of this price. The set-up was very easy( I say this as a techno-klutz!). I was up and running within a few minutes. REALLY glad I purchased this set. I was looking at some smaller models in this price range, at first, but this set really caught my eye in the store. Glad I got this larger model.

Excellent Quality For The Price

LoveYourLab September 23, 2009

I bought 2 of these TV's in store at Wal-Mart for only $248.00. Not sure why more on the website. I was impressed with the picture quality with just cable hooked up to it. The sound needs alittle help. With only front speakers on the TV but you can upgrade to surround sound. I am using these for my girls room and they fit the bill. I would recommend to anyone. I was always a Samsung shopper for electronics but I was pleasantly surprised with this TV. Good Value, Excellent Price, Can't go wrong..

A Non-Techie's Dream

1112Redhead November 10, 2009

When my TV died I went into Techie Fear of Failure. I went on line all over the place and stopped at WalMart's offerings. I had a list of sets to look at, but in-store was much more than on line. I was about to go home and order but then there was this Box with the best price in the store. I talked with a sales assoc. who said all I had to do was connect the cable to my Cox converter box. She even went with me to my car so I wouldn't be alone in the parking w/a new TV. I hooked up my new 26" - the on-screen directions were so easy. The sound is OK but not stero like my old set, I must have missed an instruction; picture is very clear but I'm still adjusting to a wide vs. a square screen. This was an excellent value but would still recommed this set at full price . Thanks Wal-Mart!

Great TV for the price!

JuicyItl529 December 21, 2009

I must say I was skeptical about buying this tv, but I'm glad I did. It has more then beat my expectations and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a basic LCD. My boyfriend loves how his Xbox360 looks on this TV as the picture is very clear.

Good Value

HarleyRider2 December 6, 2009

This is a good TV for the money. It's not a 1080p but for $250 for a 26" LCD it's a good picture. In my opinion 1080 is not necessary on smaller screens. I don't have it hooked up to a digital cable box but the digital channels that it does get on cable are nice and clear. The speakers sound good for TV speakers clear and reasonable range. The on screen menu is easy to use and setup is simple. The remote has some crowed buttons on the bottom, the common ones are OK but the sleep button is in a bad spot. The Phillips Universal Remote 3 device has codes for it even thought it does not mention this brand.

great set at a great $$$

jblaze69 November 6, 2009

Ive been lookin for a decent flat screen HDTV and pretty much stumbled over this set. I couldnt believe the price, so i bought it with the knowing that if i wasnt pleased i would just return it. Well i was shocked at the picture and sound quality and all the on board hookups. Bottom line is that for the $ this is a HDTV that ya shouldnt pass up.
