Element 5.0 cu. ft. Chest Freezer - White (ECF50MD1BW)

This 5.0 cu ft chest freezer is just what I needed to store more garden harvest leftover meals and grocery deals than my refrigerator freezer can. It's operating perfectly well and I'm very pleased I decided to get it.

Purchased this to replace my old one that died and I had for almost 2 decades. She is perfect. Small and mighty. Easy setup and use. Just the right size for my household of 2.

A great basement freezer to allow more flexibility with my main refrigerator/freezer. Perfect size! The chest style is a good use of space and I'm able to access whatever I need easily.

So far, so good. Light, easy to install(just plug in), vent on right side so only worry about clearance there. Got cold real quick and has stayed that way. Also, no plastic film wrap to be stripped off.

People in my community share venison with folks like me who love it. Therefore, I needed just a little extra freezer space to store this wonderful blessing. This little chest freezer fits perfectly in my one room cabin....and the price fit perfectly on my Social Security budget. I would definitely recommend this freezer!

Great size. A lot of space for extras that don't fit in the regular freezer, but doesn't take a lot of space.

My freezer quit and I needed a replacement in a hurry. The Element 7.0 cu. ft. was exactly what I needed and available today. I have a small kitchen and everything needs to work together. I like that this freezer runs silently, no compressor noise like my last unit. I got a very good price too. I deduct one star for a not having an interior light and a flat top. Stuff can roll off it.

I've only had my new 7.0 cubic ft. freezer for three weeks but am pleased with my purchase. It was easy to move into my basement via the bulkhead. The freezer is about 1/3 full and is maintaining a constant cold temperature. Overall, the freezer meets my needs for additional storage and takes up minimal space. I would like to re-submit a review after having the product for a year so I could offer an opinion with more validity.

It is an excellent small freezer, perfect for a small family that only needs additional freezer storage. It runs super quietly, and food freezes super quickly. It is lightweight, easy to move, and to set up. I like to freeze summer vegetables and fruits for the winter months. This Element 5.0 cu. ft. This chest freezer met all the expectations without breaking the bank. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that I wish there were more shelves, but it is not a deal breaker.

Have owned less than a month. So far, so good. It's quiet and the lid seems to fit well. No ice build up...yet. Should have drainage hose included to obviate need to buy separately. Please check with me next year.
