Element: Beginner Level for Toning, Stress Relief and Flexibility

Great DVD! I have just started working out again after some medical issues, this has made a difference in warming up and stretching. I would recommend

I needed to do something and going to the gym just was not happening. This enables me to work out.at home and feel good because I am moving.

This is a great beginner yoga DVD. It's cheap, but for the price you will have quality yoga sessions.

Good dvd for beginners to Yoga. Slow paced enough and relaxing. Dvd in excellent condition.

I am new to yoga. I am disabled and hope that with timeI will get more flexible and get around better. Thanka dor having this at an affordable price.

I have only gotten to do the one for stress so far. The length of time is good since it's a little over 20 minutes, especially if you don't have a lot of time at once. However, I didn't like the extra talking during the session since it was more than just explaining/ walking through the poses. I'm looking forward to the flexibility and toning sessions.

Good for what I need, simple and easy. Could do with some more alternative/ limited mobility adjustments but good overall

for beginners it is pretty hard

Mainly because I haven't heard from the person it was given to.
