Thelma arrived in pristine condition. I have never bought a plant online that looked this healthy! She is gorgeous! I expected one or two leaves, but she has eight and a little one growing on the outside of her main section. Louise, the Easter Cactus, told me she was truly impressed with her. Overall, my Thanksgiving and Christmas Cacti (Petunia and Gertude, respectively) are thrilled with Thelma. We all hope she grows strong and wiser as the years go by. HIGHLY RECOMMED!

there was a small issue with the arrival of this plant which looked great but appears to have been mishandled or disturbed by the shipping process but the seller was completely understanding and stood by their guarantee and replaced the damaged plant which by the way was even better than the original - Very happy!

The snake plants I ordered are doing well. Not over watered like some companies do. The top leaves are broken because the delivery person had the plants upside down. Not the fault of the seller. The seller packs the plants well for shipping and has a black arrow pointing up. I would buy again from this seller. Thanks for healthy plants!

It came inside 2 boxes. Inside, the 2nd box, the plant was wrapped in brown paper. I felt the plant was safe. Then, it was wrapped in plastic from the bottom of the pot to almost to the top. The plastic seal kept the soil inside, in case of tumbling while delivery. The first box was clearly marked fragile with arrows point upward. Did the delivery person read it? No. I found the box laying on its side in my driveway. Naturally, I panicked and was annoyed. I thought the plant would be in pieces or find a mess inside the box. Not at all. I've started to collect plants, again. Great job! Everything was as described and then some. Reasonable price, now that I know the length they go through to protect their plants. I will order again. I was very impressed with this plant. I was concerned ordering plants online and I saw it was coming from Florida and I thought it would be trashed but this plant is beyond my expectations. It's very healthy and I will definitely be buying from them again.

This plant was in excellent shape when I received it. It comes in a white plastic container and it is actually very attractive. I am very happy that I bought this and would recommend it.

This plant artived better than I expected. The plant looked really healthy. Green leaves not blemishes. It jad even been watered so its soil was moist to touch. The perfect indoor plant.

What I wanted was just one nicely shaped plant, but what I got was a seriously packed root ball with two plants growing in opposite directions and one small new shoot. The root ball is so packed there's no way to separate the plants without serious damage to the roots.
