Great for beginners
Shipping and cost were excellent. I really like this product. I have not been physical in a long time due to a surgery. I find this easy and pleasant to follow .

Wonderful beginner yoga product
I never in my life thought yoga could make you relax so well but make your muscles hurt too. If you are stiff and have health issuses (please speak to Doctor first before beginning) this could be the answer for you! It has helped me tremendously with stress, relaxation, anxiety, and overall well being.

Element Hatha & Flow Yoga for Beginners
Excellent for beginners. The first part is beginning Yoga stretches and strength building exercises and best of all relaxation. I haven't begun the secpnd part of the DVD. I am thinking it is for beginners and beyond. It will definitely be more intense. I would recommend the purchase of this DVD.

Enjoying my yoga DVD--very do-able, great stretch, for a beginner it is a encouraging, easy to understand and effective start.
