Good 30 minutes of Yoga

COMarg March 1, 2010

I am now 23 weeks pregnant and have been using this DVD for about 5 weeks. I use it 3-4 times per week. It is a good mix of breathing and some stretches. I hear Yoga will make delivery easier, which is definitely a good goal. The narrator makes sure to acknowledge your pregnancy with suggestions for modifications when you get bigger and making sure you pay attention to you baby along with your Yoga stances.

Definitely worth it! Great, even for beginners!

TheOriginalPennyPincher March 5, 2012

I purchased this in an effort to help reduce sciatic pain during pregnancy. I have NEVER done yoga before, but found it was very easy. Of course, I had to work on my flexibility and breathing at first, but I was amazed at how it took away my sciatic pain, from the first time I used it! The releif I have gotten by doing this yoga was definitely worth the small price!

Yoga

Lady011 May 17, 2010

I thought this video was a great way to keep doing yoga during my pregnancy. It provided a relaxing way to get a great workout while still being safe for me and my baby.

Great DVD

SweetCurlz August 29, 2013

I love doing yoga and I've only ever done yoga at home from a DVD. I've only done the prenatal yoga so far on this DVD, but it's what I expected it to be and I am pleased with my purchase. I wanted a yoga DVD that I could do while pregnant that I knew would be safe for me and my growing baby.

Met expectations

McFresa January 5, 2010

I wanted a prenatal yoga dvd so I could do yoga from home and know that the positions were safe for my growing baby. The instructor is calming and the positions well explained. It might be too basic for someone who is more experienced with yoga but it suited my needs perfectly.

Not bad for the price

hawkette2003 January 11, 2015

I have only used this DVD a few times but so far I'm pretty pleased with it. I do wish it had a couple options, but I suppose for the price that's what you get. The moves are pretty easy to follow. Would be nice if it were a little slower for beginners to yoga. Overall, I'm happy I have it as it's much better for pregnancy than my other yoga DVDs.

average yoga dvd

joyspence March 3, 2010

I had a little higher expectations for this DVD and was slightly disappointed. I have been doing my pre-natal yoga at a studio which I love. They have recently closed and I wanted a dvd to do it at home. I like this one but it is different then a live session. Beginners to yoga I do recommend.

Better post- than prenatal.

farmgurl September 25, 2013

I got this DVD in my third month of pregnancy. It is a good workout but some of the moves, such as plank pose, are those that I've been told by my doctor to avoid while pregnant as they put too much pressure on the abdominal muscles and risk diastasis of the muscles. I've done all of these poses pre-pregnancy but on doctor's orders won't do them now and risk my abdominals being more screwed up than they're bound to be post-baby! I'm keeping the video because I think it will come in handy post-baby but for the time being I am disappointed because I really wanted a full workout that I could participate in now and for the duration of my pregnancy.

Only one session

Theopinion November 23, 2013

There's nothing else than one session. The description is not clear enough to know that there's only one session. Now it's kind of boring to make the same exercise each time.
