HAPPY I BOUGHT THIS ITEM
I am happy with the thoughtfulness in how they treat you carefully as a beginner needs to be handled 👍✨! Easy movements which help keep my coordination alive and well! I was surprised that I actually enjoyed spending time with myself in this animated play. The DVD seems to be made with quality! NO PROBLEM S TO REPORT ☺️✨

My rec center in town offers a once a week class for 6 weeks for $98 .This DVD can use at home and multiple reviews watching beats a real in person class.Great value for the DVD.

A Little Disappointed.
I have other Tai Chi videos, and this one does not really meet up to the ones that I already have. Kind of disappointed!

Digitally Reversed Image?
Actually would rate the instruction and demo in the video a 5 Star, except for one glaring problem. The narration and the video don't match in regards to left and right, as in left arm/right arm, or leg, hand, etc. When the narration says "... left arm", for example, the demonstrator uses his right arm. When the narration says circle the hips in a counter-clockwise motion, the demonstrator is moving his hips clockwise (in orientation to himself, as if he were looking at 12:00 when facing straight ahead. It looks as if in production someone reversed the image, or the narrator and demonstrator ( I assume to be the same person, Samuel Barnes ) were not on the same page. Otherwise the material and demonstration is great. But I am going to attempt to get a copy that is correctly oriented. To follow this one would be very tedious, and cause one to have to go into a meditative mode, to say the least.
