Element: Yoga for Stress Relief & Flexibility

I love this video. The dr. Had put me on medication for stress three times a day. This medication made me sick . When I discovered this video I noticed it helped right away. I recommend this video it really helps my pill intake is is no more due to this video

My husband and I have had this DVD for a while and have found it very helpful. It is not "new age-y," which is something we don't like about some yoga practices. We especially like the stress relief practice session. The instructor is very good. She teaches basic breathing techniques as well as alternate nostril breathing. She also teaches several great stretches for the parts of the body that tend to hold stress. We just purchased a second copy of this DVD to give our adult son.

I love this dvd. It's relaxing and does help with flexibility.

It is low impact, breathing and relaxing. I enjoy it.

I've been having a lot of back pain and sciatic pain over the last view days. Lifting heavy items for several hours isn't a good idea if you already have a bad back. :-) You gotta do what you gotta do, though. I haven't been able to work out as I would wish since my back flared up but ordered "Yoga For Stress Relief & Flexibility" by Ashley Turner. I have been doing this yoga dvd for several days and it has helped a lot with my back pain. It is an easy yoga stretch for a person used to doing harder yoga but I definitely recommend this DVD to anyone who has back problems. My only negative on the DVD is I wish some of the stretches were held a little longer.

I was very disappointed. I feel this DVD is for those who has more experienced. I would not recommend this DVD for a beginner, but to a more experience individual.

I'm a beginner at yoga but this isn't what I was looking for. She's VERY difficult to follow and it's more about humming and finding inner peace than learning and doing moves.
