Excellent weight loss DVD
This DVD was well made, very instructive, and has easy to follow directions. I highly recommend this DVD for anyone looking to lose weight through yoga.

Great Yoga DVD
Just getting into yoga, I think this DVD is wonderful. The instructor does an excellent job of explaining poses and the breathing that needs to go along with it. I did not feel lost at all. As a result, I was able to feel the stretches and the next day my ab muscle felt sore...but the good sore not overly extended. I would recommend this yoga dvd to any yoga fitness level.

Just getting into yoga to expand more with my regular workouts.have hamstring injury end of summer.yoga seems to b a great go to if you will.

You should do a better job
That the person making an order to try and make sure you guys have the correct address as I tried to make sure you had the correct address, but it did not do any good as you sent my stuff I ordered to my old address. So now I have nothing. Try to do your job better.

I still have not got this item. I was told -even tho the app says it was delivered--that I need to look around my apt and around at the other spots. okay I did that and I STILL DO NOT NAME DELIVERY.
