Elements by Thyme & Table 4-Sided Box Grater with Container – Light Blue

I was happy to find this smaller grater as my other is clunky and hard to store. It's lightweight and easy to use, although I would only recommend it for small jobs. The container is a nice bonus; I love that it has measurements written on the side.

It came in the right time I would need it for my peets. The tool is sharp and easy to use. It is created with safety purpose so the blade is made inside to avoid cutting your hand while operating. Small enough for storage does not take up too much space.

This is a great little grater for everyday use. It is lightweight and comes with four different blades, which are sharp. The handle is comfortable. The storage container is great if you are saving the shredding for later. The volume markings in oz and ml make it easy to shred just the right amount you need for a recipe. The grater is also easy to clean by hand.

I love how this is small but mighty. Doesn't take up a bunch of space, really convenient to have the cup on the bottom to measure out food. Seems very well made, clearly marked measurements. Love the 4 different ways to shred food. Works well for carrots, cabbage and cheese.

This worked very well, just as I needed it to. I appreciate that the box grater has the attachment on the bottom that catches what you are grating because I usually just grate over a bowl. The product was very light, which made it easy to use, but the attachment on the bottom did come off more easily than I would have liked.

4 Stars This grater works well overall, but I deducted a star for a few design flaws. One thing I appreciate is its compact size. I didn't want another large, awkward kitchen gadget taking up valuable storage space, and this fits the bill perfectly. It includes a measuring container that catches the cheese and has measurement markings, which is a thoughtful bonus. The container, however, can be a little difficult to remove. Because of that, you'll want to have something underneath it when taking it off, as the cheese can spill or scatter. I also noticed that cheese tends to collect in the seam where the measuring cup attaches, making cleanup a little more tedious and you could lose some cheese. If you're looking for something to produce a very finely shredded cheese, this probably isn't the best choice. It offers large and medium shredding surfaces, a grating surface, and a slicing side that's useful for foods like cucumbers, but there isn't a fine shredding option. The grating side worked exceptionally well on parmigiano reggiano, producing a light, fluffy dusting of freshly grated cheese. The other shredding options worked perfectly as well. I haven't tried the slicer yet, however, so I can't speak to it. Because of its smaller size, it felt a little awkward to use at first, but once I adjusted th the size difference, it worked much like a full-size box grater. It's very sharp, feels sturdy, and gets the job done without taking up much space. Overall, it's a solid little space-saving grater. While the difficulty removing the measuring cup and a few design quirks keep it from being perfect, it's still a useful kitchen tool that I'll continue to use.

The fact that it holds the cheese inside and can be poured onto or into dishes and recipes is very useful rather than having to take out an extra plate. I do think it is a bit small and struggles to shred certain types of cheeses, which just roll off the side of the grater. But over all its simple to assemble and disassemble for using and cleaning.

This is much smaller than I had expected. The container holds maybe a cup of cheese; but the grater is pretty flimsy. Definitely wouldn't use this for meals or for feeding more than 1 person. This is more for snack size servings. The cheese also falls off the grater when grating so I have to use it over the sink to avoid a mess.
