Elemis Musclease Herbal Bath Synergy 10.6oz

I love this product. It is expensive but I only use it once or at most twice a week. After a really heavy weights session it relaxes tight muscles and eases those post workout aches and pains. I wince everytime I pay for it but wouldn't be without it.

I love the musclease in my bath when I have a headache or generalized body aches (from overwork, weather, illness, etc). Definitely helps relieve the muscular tension and soreness, better than epsom salts or dead sea salts. It's great for diffuse inflammation as well for those with fibromyalgia, ME-CFS, or other similar conditions. My husband and I have been using these for almost a decade, nothing compares.

Good for stress, muscle aches and pain from injuries or colds.

I soak in the at least 2 times per week using this amazing bath salt. Musclease takes away all the aches and pains I accumulate from my various activities. I love it.

I use these when my body is really hurting and muscles are so tight or fatigued. After soaking in this and epsom salt for 20-30 minutes, my body feels restored. It's expensive, so I only use it when I seriously need relief.

This is incredibly relaxing & smells wonderful. You will sleep soundly after a bath with this.

I want to believe that it is working in terms of cellular repair and that is why my skin itch is so badly when I use this product. Has anybody else experienced this? I take a warm bath for 20 minutes and my skin begins to tingle and itch uncontrollably. Maybe I'm allergic to something in the ingredient list?

I ordered this because my massage therapist on a Seabourn cruise recommended it to me. She claimed that the seaweed extract in the product would get into my body and help with inflammation. I have noticed zero improvement since using the product, and I have used it at least six times, actually timing myself in the bath to be sure I soaked in it for the recommended time. The product has a pleasant scent, but I have not experienced sufficient benefit to justify the price.

I also was recommended this product on a cruise to help adjust my ph. The first few baths were uneventful but after that my legs are on fire! Like they are burnt. Hurts. Would not recommend, especially for the price.
