Elemis Pro-Collagen Advanced Eye Treatment 0.5 oz

I have a very sensitive skin, developed this problem after using a retinol cream, my eyes on weekly basis get sensitised and puffy For XYZ reasons, with dehydration lines, that u can't believe the speed that their condition change. I used it few times now, the puffiness reduced a lot. Eyes soft and normal again :) no allergic reaction & hydrated .. ticks all the boxes

I use this eye treatment morning and night. Every other night I use a retinol serum underneath it. It is a gel / liquid consistency, which is very refreshing and light. I find heavy eye creams make my foundation crease. I am really enjoying using this eye treatment and will continue to use it. I only use 1/2 a pump for both eyes and this is plenty!

This eye serum does what it says it does. However, 4 rather than 5 stars as I find it hard to dispense the small amount needed and so feel a lot of product is wasted...possible the bottle I have is broken is some way but 1 pump is way too much. I also found I only used it in the evenings as it's so thin and watery that it takes a little while to absorb/dry.

I am on my third bottle of this, so I do think this is worth the investment (I have tried several other Elemis eye care products and I do keep coming back to this), but the dispensing bottle is just awful. If I use a full pump it dispenses far too much serum, but I cannot dispense a smaller amount, as if I do the next time I use this, it ends up squirting all over my hand (I do wipe the tip off after use). Each time I buy this product I end up frustrated about the pump dispenser and so when I have finished the bottle I always try a different product, but I do come back to it. Please can you find a different way to dispense this product?

I bought this in December and have been using it every day. It feels nice, but I've noticed no difference whatsoever. I'm 40 and am starting to get wrinkled skin... not worth the money personally.

I've bought this from Elemis directly, and I know for a fact this item I received was watered down and not the real product. Very disappointed and angry to waste my money on watered down product. Will not reorder and I will be more careful where I buy my Elemis product from. It certainly won't be from Walmart app.

I bought this as set and I was very surprised that after only a few uses my skin started to sting when putting it on, red patches of dry skin appeared on the skin under my eyebrows and under my eyes! Making it itchy! I stopped using straight away. After reading other reviews on well known shopping channels I see I'm not the only one this has happened too. This needs checking, I've used Elemis products for a long time but unfortunately I won't be using this one ever again!!

I hate to give this 1 star as I love Elemis. I have sensitive skin and have used the resurfacing dynamic range and the Tri acid peel with no problems whatsoever but as soon as I used this under my eyes they went puffy, red and became sore. A really shame for me but everyone's skin is different.

This is ridiculously liquid. One small drop more than covers the eye area on both sides, but it seems to stay damp and run down onto my cheeks, even using a small amount. Not for me.

Bought this as I love many Elemis products. Immediately reacted to this product and have continued to do so until stopping. Expensive purchase which I significant regret. Very disappointed.
