ELEMIS Pro-Collagen Black Cherry Cleansing Balm 3.5 oz

This cleansing balm is one of the best I have ever used. It has a very smooth appearance going on with a moisturizing texture that rinses off to leave your skin feeling clean, soft and moisturized. I love the cherry scent as it is so uplifting. I'm a believer and have a subscription for it so that I never run out.

I love this cleanser. It's the perfect balm. I fnd myself counting the minutes in the evening looking forward to take my makeup off since it's such a heavenly experience The scent is divine and it takes off everything without irritating my eyes. I'm hooked forever

I knew as soon as I saw that there was a limited edition Black cherry Pro collagen balm released , that I had to have one! I'm so glad I bought it because it's my favourite scent of Elemis cleansing balms by far. The smell is absolutely Devine. It makes cleansing a pure pleasure rather than a chore after a long day. The scent transports you to somewhere exotic. Makeup is melted away and skin is left feeling refreshed, soft and ready for the next step in your beauty routine. I'd highly recommend this, think of this as a self care buy for yourself (or others if you can part with it!)

I've been a nurse at a dermatologist office for 30+ years and believe me when I say I've tried every skin care line around. Elemis is hands down my favorite. I'm extremely picky on whether I put on my face and body. The cleaning balms from Elemis are perfection! I recommend the entire Elemis line often to my patients. Elemis never disappoints

Can't even describe how beautiful this scent is! It's amazing to make a black cherry, almond like scent still have a tinge of that “spa” scent Elemis does so well. And the texture and quality are exactly as you'd expect from this creme-de-la-creme of cleansing balms. Nothing else comes close. Buy it! I'll definitely get another, it's perhaps my favourite scent yet!

I love my cleansing balm and over the years there have been hits and misses in their limited editions. This is a huge hit, it smells and feels rich and decadent. There is a warmth to it and it leaves the skin clean and soft. I will definitely be buying more to put away.

I am a cleansing balm fanatic. My fave is neroli ( please bring this back) , closely followed by the OG. Im a citrus and herbal girl at core, but i also love black cherry fragrance so when this was released I was first in line for a jar. The texture is exactly the same as the others, with a balm to oil to milk consistency. I like to cup my hands and breath in the scent before applying so that I can get a spa like senses experience. The black cherry balm has a very fruity fragrance, closer to berries, mixed fruits than cherry. Its very pleasant but a little synthetic smelling for me. Still removes my make up brilliantly and leaves my skin soft and clean. If buy again, but it's not as good as the neroli in my opinion.

I was not as wowed as I had hoped I'd be, certainly for the price. The balm itself does a great job, it certainly works but the smell was dreadful. It smells sickly, synthetically sweet in my opinion. Chemically and harsh and it lingered. I was also surprised and a bit disappointed that it was rather gritty. I know some people are raving about this and It does leave my skin feeling good but I just can't get over the strong, fake smell! I'd give another variety a go as i loved the balm to oil to milk, but I'd definitely like to smell it first.

As someone who thinks Green Fig is the best of the best I took a step out of my comfort zone and ordered this. I have to say I don't like it. The formula is still the same, it's still the same wonderful consistency but the smell is not cherry to me. It's more berry, artificial and sweet. Almost sickly sweet and utterly overpowering all other skincare products and not in a nice way. I will use as I paid full price but wish they'd have done a smaller size when they brought the big one out so I could trial it. Have to say if you were going to do a cleansing balm Elemis I would have brought back some of your other ones, Summer Flowers, Neroli or Watermint as they were all lovely. I would not buy this again I have to say.

This isn't Black Cherry, this is Cinnamon and I can't get the smell off my face it's so strong. I tried using the original cleansing balm to get rid of the smell but it still smells of cinnamon! It made my face feel hot too. I adore the original and rose scented balms, but this one is a complete miss for me. But it does still cleanse and leave your skin soft. If you love cinnamon you'll love this.
