ELEMIS Superfood AHA Glow Cleansing Butter 3 oz

I just got this product and love, love it! I've been smoothing it onto my skin in the morning and letting it sit awhile. Then, I cleanse it off with warm water (i follow with cold water) and my skin feels so clean and refreshed. Love the feel and the smell is so fresh.

My skin feel so soft after cleaning my face with this Elemis cleansing butter. I consider this non fragrant compared to some of their other more fragrant cleansing products.

I was introduced to this product during a facial at a spa weekend and absolutely loved it. The smell is nice and it glides onto skin - you can just tell it is good for your skin, very thick and takes all traces of makeup off - would definitely recommend

I recently had a sample of this cleanser in the super food gift pack. I never thought that this cleanser would be the one of the best cleansers I have ever used, honestly this is no exaggeration it's so hard to find the one cleanser that ticks all the boxes for my hormonal changing skin. This is absolutely so butterly soft, a vibrant tangerine colour and gorgeous to use! Its brilliant for my sensitive combination skin, my skin has never felt so soft and is glowing. It's so kind to my skin, not one breakout since using this, and I dont even care that there is no aroma to it! I am constantly complimented by friends and family on my skin on how smooth and soft and glowing it looks. Already I have ordered the full tub and the Kefir tea mist is so divine to partner with this cleanser. Definitely superfood for my skin!

This butter moves away from the thick scented balms and towards a more contemporary ‘results' driven ethos. The scent is a faint and earthy - so faint in fact my two friends who dipped in didn't even register it. The texture is new for Elemis and reminds me of butter at room temperature. It's very soft and easily can be worked onto the skin. I used so little it was astounding. Some of the reviews I read said if used over-indulgently that it may leave a faint orange tint so I was very aware of avoiding that. The best method I found was to quickly drop the pad of my pinky finger into the pot and that was adequate for my face and neck. I was very happy that I could use it over my eyes - the balms contain too many essential oils and I found my eyes stung or watered during use. After previously using the rose balm in a gigantic 200g pot I questioned the value for money but I have now realised it's very well priced. Even after two weeks you wouldn't even know my pot has been opened, let alone the product enjoyed at least once a day from the small amount I've used. Once emulsified with a drop of water I found removing it with a face cloth was easiest. The ‘glow' on my skin is subtle. It's not glossy or like highlighter, it's not a Radiance in the typical sense. It's a freshness and warmth to the complexion. Those who love the Balms will be unlikely to enjoy this. It's not heavily fragranced and not a indulgent pampering texture. It the best possible way it's utilitarian and in my eyes one of Elemis best cleansers. It's powerful, gives immediate results and perfect for preparing this skin for other treatments.

Started this 5 days ago and I can honestly say my skin is glowing. Love this! I use the dynamic surfacing range but said I would try this and boy am I not disappoint. I use this first in the morning on dry skin and leave in a little longer than 2 mins but not as a deep mask as I use the other cleansing balm for that. Then I was it if off and use the dynamic cleanser/facial wash after. It has left my skin gleaming I was surprised to see the benefit that quick. It has no fragrance but I end up smelling it every time I open it lol!! The deep orange colour is definitely hypnotising!!!

I love this product !!! Even though im disappointed theres no aroma, ive used this three times and im amazed with the results! I have oily, acne prone with mild rosecea and this has worked wonder for the oilyness and my redness is completely gone. I feel so much more confident and happy that ive seen such a big improvement in my skin in such a short time. Everyones skin reacts differently to products but this may be what your skin actually needs ! Its my holy grail. Also love the fruit vinegar glow toner thats a another holy grail !!!

I brought this a few weeks ago and tend to use it as a mask as I'm a die hard pro collagen balm girl... but... I really do like this product. I feels nice and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, I will definitely continue to use this in my daily/weekly routine.

It's usual for Elemis to have a completely scentless cleanser, but this balm is probably up there with my favourites! The creamy butter texture that turns into a delicate milk when on your skin and mixed with a little water is delightful. It easily removes makeup and is gentle on your skin and eyes, and when leaving on for 10 minutes as a mask you can noticeable see the glow to your skin. Oh and for 90ml, it's a bargain for the size. I'd definitely repurchase this!

I was so looking forward to using this. Based on the award and reviews I was expecting it to be at least as good as the cleansing balms. Its not. It is a perfectly good cleanser, however it needs to be used as a first cleanse, as I found if I rinsed it off, it stained towels / bedding orange...it needs to be cleansed off. Same problem with using it as a mask, it just can't be rinsed off as in instructions, you need to cleanse after using as a mask. The other thing I am not keen on in the lack of fragrance. Its hard to explain but it smells like a non cosmetic cream ...so a bit like a steroid prescription cream, which does not smell bad, but does not smell good either, so when using as a mask, its just not pleasant or enjoyable. I feel the fragrance is part of the elemis experience and what make some products feel like you are having a facial at home / smells like a spa treatment. Thirdly when I used it in the morning I found that my pro collagen moisturiser pilled, so not good to be used together. Finally, while it cleanses well and removes all make up, it does not leave skin looking and feeling as good as when I use the cleansing balms.
