I just got this product and love, love it! I've been smoothing it onto my skin in the morning and letting it sit awhile. Then, I cleanse it off with warm water (i follow with cold water) and my skin feels so clean and refreshed. Love the feel and the smell is so fresh.

I like it but could be a little more hydrating for mature skin. The area I live in is experiencing colder temperatures than normal but overall it's not bad and I would recommend.

The Elemis cleansing balms are iconic, and this is my favourite one yet. It smells divine but not so strong that it stings my eyes. It removes my make up effortlessly and leaves my skin feeling so soft

Have only been using this for over a week and have noticed such a difference in the texture and clarity of my skin, it is much more even and glowy as well as soft. An excellent make up remover for longwear face makeup as well as eye makeup. My favourite of all the cleansers now!

I bought this alongside a few other Elemis products and can say that for me, this is a stand out item. I have very dry skin so i actually use a cotton pad to place a thin layer over my face and leave this on overnight as a Moisturiser. I often find even moisturisers can sting my dry/sensitive skin but not this! Its silky smooth and leaves a lovely glow - im really pleased!!

I brought this a few weeks ago and tend to use it as a mask as I'm a die hard pro collagen balm girl... but... I really do like this product. I feels nice and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, I will definitely continue to use this in my daily/weekly routine.

I wanted to be excited about this product because I love this brand, but it just doesn't seem to help remove my make up the same way the classic ones do. Little bit disappointing.

I've been using Elemis for a couple of years and absolutely love the original pro-collagen cleansing balm. HOWEVER I thought I'd give the pumpkin glow butter a go (mainly to try and save a few ££!) I have to say that I agree with all the negative reviews and 1star ratings! I am extremely disappointed with this product and will absolutely not purchase again or recommend. The product arrived partly empty, the smell was foul and medicated and it did not “clean” my skin. After a few weeks of use my skin felt “dirty” and congested and lead me to have teenage-like break outs all over my face. I was left with painful hard boil-like spots, my skin was so tight, itchy, red and sensitive and I've never had any symptoms or reactions like this in my life ever before. My skin also looked and felt drier and duller than ever. This is all so disheartening and confidence destroying not only for my skin but for my faith in Elemis. I had to discontinue use and put myself out of pocket by re-buying the pro-collagen cleansing balm instead

Not impressed with this one at all. Feels very basic and stings my eyes. Not sure what is happening with elemis at the moment... discontinuing excellent products and bringing out disappointing ones. I have been using Elemis for over 15 years. Please bring back the pro radiance cream cleanser!
