I lot better than I expected, for the price this is a very good deal!

We always have a problem with the stuff that we take to the beach and the bikes and there's never enough room and the bikes are always in the way, but this resolves all of it it is wonderful. The bike is on the bike rack and we still have a room for all of our stuff it is so simple to load up and go to the beach.

Easy to install and has saved room for us in the car!

A little heavy for a 4 cylinder vehicle. But, it carries everything I need. I love that I can open my back hatchback when it is loaded down. My only downfall is I cannot open my hatchback when the basket is folded up. Overall happy with the purchase

Works good, used on camper for grill and bike

The rack is solidly built and intelligently designed. We used it to transport a small motorcycle halfway across the U.S. and didn't give it a second thought other than to glance through the rear window occasionally to admire the cargo.The rack is heavy (solidly built), but inspires confidence that it will hold the designated weight. There are no tie-down points, but plenty of places to attach tie-down straps.I thought we received the incorrect model at first, though, because it comes with a two-bike rack with the second two-bike attachment being packaged separately.

My product had a few minor scratches and the bike did not fit securely. i believe there were parts missing, if not for that; it seems to be a great product!

Overall, it feels sturdy and I like the design. The hitch pins are threaded, so replacing the given pins with a locking pin won't work. I want to leave this on the back of my vehicle but I'm concerned about theft. Not sure if I will return it or not because of that.

I wish the description noted the bike rack only holds 80 lbs (big sticker on rack) which is pretty useless for 4 bikes unless they are all kids bikes. Description just noted max overall weight limit. Overall, it didn't look very sturdy and I put half of recommended weight on it as it bounced a lot and didn't give me confidence it would hold. That said, at 100 lbs cargo plus 75 lbs from 3 bikes it worked just fine for 600 mile round trip. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
