Peace of mind that back window will be protected on my Chevy HD Silverado Truck. Rack on when needed, Rack off when don't need it. Most time though will leave front Rack on. Back will be optional depending what I haul. Will show off to my friends.
For the price, I expected cheap low quality (bought these to haul a kayak-not heavy). I was surprised by the quality steel and good welds. These are a great bargain.
Was really shocked when I got it on how good it was n how heavy it came out to be. I love it in general. I already showed my friends and they wanna get one also. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
It came in such a small box I didn't think I made a good choice. I was extremely pleased with the engineering.it took to do that. The product performs perfect and the installation was done in an hour. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone needing a great truck rack.
Good stuff. Kinda wish it wasn't generic, but more specific to make and model of my truck. Had to mount it farther away from the front of the bed than I like.
This is a good lower level set of racks. I was a little disappointed with the shipping; there were some pretty sizable rust color scuffs and chips in the paint. I hit it with the rattle can and it looks as good as new, but not really what you expect with new merch. As far as the install: it goes together pretty easy and it seems very sturdy. All told, I like the racks and I would recommend them for anyone who just needs a little extra utility and not heavy duty.
This is a great rack for its price but the holes were not in places where we could drill into the bed of the truck as designed to. Ended up having to drill new holes in the bracket and truck to get it to fit right. But all in all pleased with purchase once it was installed.
Solid, well made and decent design. Although very adjustable the headache rack completely obscures my high mounted taillight. That is not a deal breaker and the versatility means you know what you are getting into when you are buying, I have already recommended this rack and website.
I had a brick thrown through my rear window recently and needed a solution to protect the replacement window. I am a young business owner and figured I would kill two birds with this rack system. They work great for hauling materials and the welds are clean, spot on. Set up was easy, it took me about 45 minutes, from unboxing to clean-up, to install. My only complaint is that one of the plastic inserts for the vertical steel tubes was missing from the package. Otherwise, I'm happy with it!
I think this is a very nice well built rack but I have a 2006 F150 and the holes in the brackets do not line up with the walls in the bed the truck has a double wall and the brackets holes are on the other side of the wall inaccessible so you need to drill new holes in the brackets but after it is installed very satisfied with the rack 100 percent
