Great Price

mariposa May 26, 2016

I have been researching "best" vitamin E supplements and decided to try this brand. Great price from Santa Cruz and shipped promptly. Have been feeding it for 2 weeks and think I notice a difference already, but only time will tell.

Quality product at a great price

illuminatedd April 11, 2017

I live in a selenium deficient area and wanted to add a supplement to my horse's feed that provided both organic selenium and natural vitamin E. This supplement covers all the bases. I was worried about my horse eating it because he is picky and it is a powder, but he always licks his bucket clean. The price is also great, which helps!

My horse's coat has blossomed

Figaro February 20, 2017

I moved my horse from the lush pastures of Kentucky to New England and his coat began to grow coarse and dull and he became a little ribby. He has always had a beautiful coat and I learnt that local hay can be deficient in selenium. I began to notice a difference in two weeks. His coat has its dapples back and he has gained weight. He has been on it for about two months and I am very happy with it. He gobbles his food down just as eagerly as before.

Great product!

godiva December 27, 2016

I really like this product for its natural Vitamin E and Organic selenium ingredients. I'm in a selenium deficient area of the country and this helps keep my mare in great condition. And it's a great price at Santa Cruz!

Uses the natural form of Vitamin E

AM 2017 March 13, 2018

I've been giving this to my horse for only about a month, so I can't rate it's long term benefits. However, I was happy to find a Selenium and Vitamin E supplement that used a natural source of Vitamin E. In addition, my horse thinks it is quite palatable.

So far so good ...

dani82079 March 14, 2017

I have used Elevate in the past, and I was very happy with its ability to support my Vitamin E deficient gelding. I rescued him from a kill pen and he was diagnosed with both EPM and a Vitamin E deficiency. After weeks of using a liquid formula sold by the vet, I switched to Elevate. His follow-up Vitamin E tests show his levels to be right where they need to be. I recently switched to the Vitamin E / Selenium combo because his Selenium levels weren't where they were supposed to, and I didn't want to use two separate supplements & it the price was great for having Selenium mixed right in with the Vitamin E. He eats it great, which is a plus with a barn of picky eaters. Looking forward to his next follow-up test to see where his levels are it.

Can't hurt in the Pacific Northwest!

HunterJumperPDX April 4, 2018

I have had my horse on this for a few years now. Mainly due to the onset of "shivers". Does not seemed to have helped or hurt. Perhaps it has helped keep it at bay. Nonetheless, the PNW is lacking in this so its a great supplement regardless for this area. Plus its one of the few things the University's I have spoken to in regards to Shivers that they all agree on across the board as far as it may indeed help.

Neuro support for my boy with EPM

Heaven11 August 9, 2021

The vet recommended that I use Vitamin E to support his neurologic health. I was able to find this product in an easy to measure (comes with a scoop) and apparently tasty powder that my horse eats without any issues.

Doesn't actually work

catskillconnemaras August 12, 2017

I started my mares on this after low levels of selenium in spring bloodwork. Retested a few months later and their levels are actually lower. My friend has a boarding barn and has had similar results over the years. I wanted to love this, but it just doesn't work.
