I've been using this product for quite awhile and absolutely love it! I first purchased it from my salon as a special priced Christmas gift set. It makes my hair feel moisturized. thick, and a healthy texture. ( I'm older and hair is thinning ) I've tried many high-end products, and Eleven's are the best quality.

I was disappointed with this relatively high-priced shampoo, as it didn't provide the promised hydration or moisture. My hair still feels dry after using it. I purchased another product from them called "Magic Hair," which is supposed to help with frizz and provide softening, but that also didn't meet my expectations. I use it for my beard and hair and am disappointed in both areas.

i bought 3 items from these people and nothing ever got delivered to my house. ive been asking for a refund for the passed 2 weeks and they are acting stupid and refused to give it me. then they send me some shipping number and delivery to Florida and i dont even live in Florida. absolutely ridiculous i have lost 68 dollars and they are so stupid.
