Give it a little Time to Work
Give it time to work. My husband thought it was not working when he first started using it. It took approximately 2 or 2 1/2 weeks to notice a difference. He only took 1 capsule a day and may have forgot to take once or twice. He definitely noticed a difference and is taking it consistently now.

Digestive Enzymes
So far the digestive enzymes have not bothered me. Other digestive enzymes I have tried bothered me. I have not been taking these long enough to see if they will help. Fingers crossed.

I have been taking this brand for 4 months . These work really well and you notice a difference when using them. I have had no side effects and am pleased with the overall experience.
