Is good for what I wanted it for but The tunnel did not came with it and is supposed to it's in the description and PRICE.

This is listed as a 'Tent Only' item. I purchased it twice and both times I received only the tunnel. No Tent! I got on a chat with customer service and explained the situation and was told I would get a refund. The first one said I needed to bring it to a store but later in the conversation said it was their mistake and that I would be sent a replacement 'tent only'. Unfortunately, I received another tunnel. So, once again I got onto a chat and after being disconnected by the first person who didn't want to deal with me, I tried again and this person actually was able to see the listing and that it was for a 'tent only'. He refunded my money which is very nice, but the listing still shows 'tent only'. I would be happy if the tunnels zipped together but without the tent, they are open ended and the cats can escape if I put them outside without the tent to zip the tunnel to. The material on the tunnel is of good quality and sturdy but I tried two times to get the tent....not the tunnel.
This was supposed to come with a TENT, all I got was a Tunnel. Waste of money, time ordering it and does not serve the purpose of the order.
