e.l.f. Cosmetics Waterproof Lengthening & Volumizing Mascara

I was looking for a really waterproof mascara for work, that would also give my lashes lots of length and this delivers! I can spend the whole day weeping from cutting onions, and this stays in place till I have to take it off in the evening! Amazing mascara!

I only refrain from 5 stars because this will run off if met with water and pressure. It stays ok through the day without any water. But washing my face I don't really need remover to get it off. It starts smudging as soon as I start rinsing my face. Other brands new the remover to take them off. Application and non clumping are a solid 5 star. Take this as you will.

Thought it made my eyelashes look really nice to start with, however after applying it i realised the mascara was extremely sticky and took forever to dry. I wouldn't say it was waterproof either as it ran off after i was in water.

I bought this mascara awhile ago! Doesn't have this waterproof one in the stores, where I usually buy it. Was a little upset, when I opened one of the mascaras and it was like it's been old. Like when you use your mascara for awhile and it starts to get less moisture and clumpy! I have been buying the Elf waterproof one ,because it doesn't smear like the others! I still used it!

I look for mascaras in small tubes and I'm cheap, so this product fit the bill. Stays on pretty well. When I go to take it off, that's when it gets flaky. I feel like it could be more lengthening, but for $2 I really cannot complain. It's not very volumizing, but it separates my lashes nicely.

This was a very average mascara for me. Elf has much better mascaras you can buy.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Cheap, get what you pay for!! Not waterproof at all, very clumpy and flaky! Very tacky. sticky.. The brush is small but too thick.. Would not recommend this at all.. My lashes stuck together as well!!

Maybe this was an isolated incident, however, I've been buying mascara a longgggg time and I have never been so disappointed...when I opened the applicator it was smooth...like there was no bristles...?!? What?!? It was so dry and sticky that the bristles wouldn't even stand up...ewww, so I returned immediately. Not willing to try again.

I'd used this brand in the past and I purchased 2 this time because that was the only way they had it in stock. Big mistake. The mascara is a gummy, clumpy mess. Very disappointing as I like this brand and its ethos. But I definitely do not like their mascara!

So disappointed in this product. I was excited to try this as it was cruelty free and vegan and competitively priced. Unfortunately after a few days of trying I am giving up. Wand shape and product makes lashes clump together and is very messy to apply because of small fat wand. Even after separating lashes and giving it plenty of time to dry, anything that comes in to contact with the lashes hours later causes them to stick together again.
