Great for cleaning makeup brushes

It works well to clean makeup brushes.

Work very well no problem clean my brushes. I will use always and will be nice to have prolonged the use of my brushes and know they are not full of oil and dirt.

Bought a small to try. I’ll order Large next time. Great for everyday brush cleaner, especially if you use different colors from day to day. Keeps brushes clean to keep products from getting funky.

i love this every day brush cleaner. It smells so good and does a great job at keeping your brushes clean after each use. This is the first time in a couple months its not been out of stock at Wal Mart. i was so glad to get it finally!!

Firstly the smell is very strong, I think it smells good, but not everyone will and that's something to consider with a smell this strong! It's like a sweet chemical smell if that makes sense, so very perfume-ish. I am glad they changed the bottle because the old one always leaked through the cap. The issue is you need to shoot the spray right side up or it will kind of clog up and fall down the bottle, which is hard when you don't want to use this brush cleaner as room-so that's hard when you want a concentrated area (like a cloth or...the brushes you want to clean.) It cleans nicely though, a few rounds of the spray and wiping the product off, and your good to go! It's compact and a good price (but just to be safe, if you travel with it-maybe keep it in a zip lock bag!) so I rate it a sold 4 stars!

I bought this for the main purpose of quickly cleaning eyeshadow brushes when I've been using them with different coloured eyeshadows than normal, like reds and blues. For that purpose its great. But for cleaning larger face brushes you end up using too much product, and no major results.

I do love this project for daily use. A lot of the bad reviews are people that are expecting it to deep clean their brushes. That's not what it's for! The old formula was perfect but this last new bottle I bought for some reason has like 5x the fragrance of my past bottles! It's not bad just strong. My main problem is that it lingers on the brushes and even when I hadn't put makeup on for a handful of days I could strongly smell it as I was applying. Big no from me. Looking for a similar product in a different brand. Would be happy to use this again if you tone down the fragrance, Elf!!!!

Didn’t work. I used it on my brushes but it got none of the foundation or eyeshadow out of them. I then used normal soap and water and so much product got washed out!!! Tossed this and won’t repurchase. I keep trying to see the hype with elf products but everything I try is trash.

The first thing I want to say about the product is that the fragrance is overwhelmingly strong and I usually love scented products. Secondly, in my opinion it doesn’t work that great. It’s basically fragrance and alcohol in a bottle.
