Easy to apply, dries quand lasts all day!

works really well. It dries very quickly which helps drastically with smudging. It is not waterproof but I didn't spend a ton of money on it and didn't plan on wearing it in water so it hasn't been a problem. also despite it not being fully waterproof it does stay all day and night it rubs off if I go to sleep in it but other than that it is still lasting on my eyes as long as I need it to

This is the first time I've tried liquid eyeliner. I'm still getting used to it, but it goes on much easier than the "crayon" version (non-Elf brand) I was using before. I'd prefer the brown color to be more brown. It's still a bit too black for my fair skin.

I love the way the fine point "marker" was so easy to apply this eyeliner. but if your eye waters even a tiny bit, or if you sneeze, or touch your eye IT'S GONE !!! Does not stay put at all......boooooo hooooo

it's okay. i still buy this every now and then and it's easy to apply and mostly can't complain, although it tends to dry out quite quickly and begins to feel a bit like you're applying a scratchy whiteboard marker on your eyes. suppose that's what you can expect for the price though !

This is pretty cool, but you must store it pointed down so the fluid stays near the tip. It runs out pretty quickly so some shaking is required. You'll get more use from a traditional pencil, but this glides on pretty well for a while.

Was overly dry and cakey, and ended up flaking off my eyelids. Not sure how it is waterproof as it came off with water following application. Very disappointed.

Wipes off easily while wearing, tip easily broken, product runs out after a few uses. Not worth the money. Will be buying a better quality brand next time that lasts more than one month of use.

There's a reason why this liner is so low price although it appears to have good coverage when you apply it, it really does not. I like the elf liners, but this particular one I totally would not repurchase and do not recommend.

It's so unbelievably dry. I only line my top lid and I couldn't even get it to all the way to the end of my lid before it was completely dried out. It's unusable. Guess you get what you pay for.
