love the e.l.f. product line for their anti-cruelty participation for the betterment of the animal welfare. this specific product, the velvety pore-blurring primer truly does give your face a clean velvety feel when applied AFTER washing with a gentle scrub %26 applying a moisturizer. I focused on how my face felt after applying the product. great to use if you don't really want to spray your face for a dewy feel.

I have bought this three times and I will continue to every time it runs out. I even use this product when I'm not wearing makeup, as it really helps with oily skin while also hydrating my dry spots. It's the perfect balance and it feels great even putting it on. I'm highly impressed

I have been searching for so so so long to find a good primer as a base for my make-up but mainly around my eyes to keep powders and shadows in place this did that and more, it smoothed out around my eyes to give me better coverage and my eye shadow has never popped so much! would 1000000% recommend this product especially if youre highlighting your browbone/inner corner of your eye with a powder!!!

This primer is wonderful, it does what it claims to and I have noticed a difference in the way my make up blends into my face. I was slightly disappointed by the size of the bottle/product ratio. My fault for not checking the amount of millilitres. For the price it's a good product which I would buy again but maybe the amount of product could be increased a little.

Elf primer was not the mineral primer that I ordered. It was Elf velvet primer. The elf mineral primer was on order to be delivered tomorrow since mineral version of primer was not in store.

well they were supposed to be the same primer and I received one of the primers I wanted and another totally different than what I wanted.

I received a product different from what I ordered. Walmart keeps doing this. It's an inconvenience. Requires me to go to the store to return. Sends substitutions without my authorizations. Stop it Walmart! Review is for Walmart, not the product. Will not order online from Walmart again! Unacceptable!

It's exactly like rubbing highlighter all over your face. This product doesn't sit well on the skin and never sets. It makes me feel wet and sticky and afraid to accidentally touch my face, because if I do, this product will slide all over.
