e.l.f. Poreless Face Primer, Large, 1.01 fl oz

Love this primer. I have aging skin. This primer makes my makeup look smoother and blurs my fine lines and the large pores on my nose. It doesn't smell very good but the smell quickly fades after applying.

I have just started using ELF products and to be honest I was not expecting miracles at the price point most of the products seem to be at. After a very lengthy illness that required a vast amount of drugs my skin is a mess. I have very sensitive skin and suffer eczema so the first order of business was a patch test. No redness or itching so on to the half face test. I used the primer under my normal (mid to high end brand) and there was a very marked difference to the large pores most women over a certain age suffer from. I just used the primer and liquid foundation so am sure there will be even better results with the rest of my makeup on. I think I may be an ELF convert!

Another purchase I made together with the Beautifully Bare Natural Glow Face Palette when I stil didn't know much about Elf cosmetics. What can I say? You cannot imagine how big my pores are in the T zone...sometimes I thank God that my boyfriend still find me attractive after we live together and he has seen me without make up... anyway, this product is amazing! With my problem, make up is not enough, but this is a great help. Not heavy, not sticky at all. I think I won't leave it anymore.

This primer does an outstanding job. It makes any foundation I use go on smooth with no pores showing and even hides fine lines. I've had several times I didn't take makeup off before bed and woke up to my makeup looking almost as good as when I applied it. I can walk the dogs, clean, follow up on calls, walk the dogs again, and my makeup still looks great until I remove it. I've used this for about 3 years and have never found another primer that works better. Bonus is the matte finish so my face doesn't look too shiny even in hot, humid weather. Love it!!!

great product bht way too pricey will not be purchasing again for tbat price. theres other products for less that work almost as well

even though it left my skin smooth, it doesn't fill in lines or pores at all for me, and when i apply my foundation, it rubs off leaving peices of what looks like exfoliated skin, but its product on my face.

It goes on really smooth and appears so minimise pores. However, it had an awful texture on my fingers after applying it. I hoped it would not be the same on my face, unfortunately it was. Really hard to work with, foundation literally slid off my face with the smallest touch, had to use alot of powder to set and that even came off a little candy. By the end of the day it had make my foundation go patchy. Not a good primer!! I have combination skin, few spots nothing major but far from oily skin. Foundation was applied with a wet beauty blender. Tip: I found the ache fighting (green) primer alot more successful and tacky/holding the foundation in place.

For my mature skin, this primer felt thick and heavy and didn't work well with my foundation. I tried it several times, with results being about the same. I felt like this primer smothered my skin. There actually was no smell that was offensive with the primer. This was my first time using Elf products, and I don't know that I will purchase again. I enjoy wearing makeup but don't want to feel like it's caked on. I didn't take any pictures.

I'm a huge fan of elf products. I've even used the other version of this primer in their squeeze tube and loved it. However, this is extremely oily based! I attempted shaking it and the oil feel to it did not go away. It even made my makeup look horrible.

I bought this product because 1. it is supposed to minimise pores 2. it has tea tree so it should control shine and breakout on the T zone i have used it 4 times only on the T zone and every single time I ended up with horrible break out on that area, its 100% this product thats causing the breakout as it is only in the areas i appled it on! also did not minimise pores
