e.l.f. is the best on the market
e.l.f. products have exceeded my expectations. I choose them every time over others. This eyeliner actually DOES line, unlike others where you have to apply multiple times to see the eyeliner. The sharpener that's attached to its cap makes it easy to sharpen when needed without having to look for the sharpner every time. Highly recommend e.l.f. products for their quality and value.

good, inexpensive item
i like it alot! built in shaprener in the cap. the eyeliner is not too firm, doesn't pull or skip while applying. it does smudge a bit during the day but otherwise a good buy!!

It works and is inexpensive
I have allergies and sneeze a lot and have watery eyes so this is not the best product for me as it runs a lot but for days I'm just cleaning and kicking around home-I don't mind and I use this to save money and I will use this when my money get tight… cheap and it works-just know your product quality and bang for the buck…

my pkg was left in the lobby of my aprttment building of 30 apartments. Someone took my pkg. I called and left my apt code for our keypad so my pkg would be delivered to my apartment door. I do not live in the lobby of my building. This spot on top of our lobby heater under our mailboxes is not a holding spot for any pkgs. if they are not going to ddliver pkgs where they are supposd to come,8 why say it will be delivered. If I could shop myself, I would not use the service. i need my pkg replaced asap. very inexpensive, yes, besides the point. i paid for something that I really would like to have. what will be done?

Wal mart screwing up orders to charge more fees...
Never got it so i dont know if i like it or not....thr one part of my order which was greater than $35 that did not make it here. I got the $100 worth of groceries, got charged for the eye liner but never received it. Now i have to reorder it again and instead of having it delivered for free, im being charged $6.95 for delivery fees....really wal mart???? You make enough moneg t ou greedy little jerks really need to take $7 from someone who is homeless and cant even buy this eye liner without a gift card????
