e.l.f. Vitamin C Serum, 0.95 fl oz

I've been using this serum for the last couple of days and so far I really like it! I have really sensitive skin and it has not irritated my skin at all. I would recommend!

Elf makes great products for drug store don't be deceived sometimes lux brands are not better just prices higher this is a great vitamin c one of my favs

If you do what you promise. You cleaned my face of the acne stains, I'd buy it again.

I buy multiple bottles of the Vitamin C Serum so I don't run out. I am an older red head who abused time in the sun in the 60's and 70's. I am surprised my skin isn't worse than it is. I do credit this Serum for helping my skin recover. I used it daily, let it dry then add my moisturizer mixed with sunscreen SPF 50. The Serum bottle iitself s awesome and easy to travel with. Oh, wait. I take back everything I just said. It's awful and you don't want it... so ELF always has it available for ME! Have fun and be kind to others!

I bought this product whilst in New York due to needing something to help with dry skin (-11'c!!!) and it worked wonders! Now using it in my daily routine at home before primer and it does everything it claims! I only use about 3 drops and it covers my whole face. Will definitely repurchase when I run out!

I originally bought this back in March and now I’m just about to run out of my second bottle. I love this serum so much and it has really changed my skin for the better. Living in Michigan where the winter is sometimes super harsh, my skin was super dry and sensitive to the point where even cleansers were breaking me out. I didn’t have problems before because I hardly went outside in winter but having to walk around campus exposed me too much and My skin was rough and cracking around my lips and even though I was heavily moisturizing my skin wasn’t holding it. I was also popping my pimples because they were always huge whiteheads and feel like the contrast between the Whitehead and my dark skin was so jarring to look at that it made them super noticeable. So I’d pop them as quickly as possible because I could deal with redness but I hated how whiteheads looked, and this resulted in a lot of hyperpigmentation. So I got this serum to try and help my skin. I was just looking for something with some vitamin c so I could lighten some of my dark spots and I saw that it had “antioxidants” and I thought those will probably be good too. So I just bought it and decided to try it out. It’s amazing! My skin is AMAZING NOW! I use it morning and night in my skincare routine and it’s helped to smooth out almost ALL of the texture on my face. I no longer have any of those tiny annoying jumps that don’t turn into full blown pimples but don’t go away either. My skin no longer cracks. Although I am a little dryer in some places than others my skin is now closer to “normal” than it is to “dry” and my skin is no longer sensitive to anything and everything. I can try out new products without fear of them breaking me out~ I don’t get pimples at all anymore except for when I’m on my cycle and when it comes around it’s ONLY 1....never more than one which is a little weird in my opinion but I’m not really complaining.it has helped my hyperpigmentation greatly and I now only have a few spots left on my face. This serum really helps my skin to hold moisture and I always look super radiant after using it! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this and I love it so much that I’m planning to try a few of the other products in the beauty shield line!

I can say, I know there's a little bit of fragrance, BUT, the ingredients are really good, the formula is putting the vitamin c on the 3rd place which means it has a high percent of it, from self experience I can say this serum is good for being a drug store one and really gives you the glow and helps to brightening your skin, also absorbs really quickly and gives a good moisture, I would repurchase totally!! Plus I use it alone with the vinoperfect serum

I'm about to turn 48 in June and I wanted to add a brightening serum to my routine. I did look at many other vitamin c serums before I decided to buy this one. I chose this one because I have never had a problem with any of their skin care products and I didn't want to risk spending way more money on a product that I could not use. I use it primarily at night and it is great for layering serums and creams. You will not see immediate results because it does need time to work. I chose to write this review after using it steadily for a month and my skin is brighter and my dark spots are getting lighter. I combine this with another serum and then I put on my happy hydration moisturizer. I don't experience any pilling or burning of my skin. That is a risk with vitamin c because it can create a burning sensation if you have extremely sensitive skin. I have mature sensitive skin and I have not had any problems with a burning feeling. It only takes two drops for me to cover my whole face because I do layer serums and I don't want to build up too much of one serum before I apply my moisturizer. I have also done this routine in the morning with the vitamin c serum and my moisturizer with SPF in it. I'm able to put my primer on and my foundation without any pilling and my skin is just glowier and more resilient. The price point is fantastic! The only reason I took one star off is because the dropper is not ideal. It is shallow and does not pull up much of the serum so you have to pump it a few times. Also although I enjoy the way the bottle looks, there's no way to see how much of the serum you've gone through in order to know when to order it next. I would appreciate it if they would change the dropper and made it so you can see where you're at in terms of needing to repurchase the product.

I love the vitamin c serum but my applicator is hard to squirt out. I wish there was a better applicator so that I could use more of the product without frustration.

I was hopeful this product would work. I use another brand that is pricey and hoped to save money. I really am thrilled with their products. They generally work really well for mature skin. But, this vitamin C did nothing for me
