Great camera that has an amazing picture right out of the box. However, the true power comes when you combine it with adjusting the settings to your preference and setup through the Elgato Camera Hub. Lots of settings to adjust to the finest detail. And the best thing is you can save your adjustments right on the camera so that they cross over to whatever device you plug the camera in to. Wonderful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Facecam MK.2 for a while, and I love how simple it is compared to a bulky DSLR. You just plug it in and go—no fussy lens settings or anything like that. It also has no built-in mic, which is actually a plus for me. Most camera mics are pretty bad, so I prefer getting my own mic anyway. That way, I'm not paying extra for something I'd never use. Another big win is the software. It's super user-friendly and lets me tweak the picture just the way I like it—brightness, contrast, focus, and more. I don't have to jump through hoops or learn a ton of extra stuff. All in all, if you want a camera that's easier than a DSLR but still gives you plenty of control, the Facecam MK.2 is a solid pick.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This camera might be the one you need! I personally love this camera and soon as I put it to work I could so many details in my face. Blemishes, freckles mustache hairs, just everything was super crisp and I would say with some good settings you may not need a DSLR camera. The one issue I ran into, was flicker with some of my background lighting only on HDR settings. I was able to fix that but turning the brightness down on those lights. This camera is amazing

Ich habe mir damals diese kamera gekauft und war absolut begeistert! gerade als Streamerneuling war der Preis und die Qualität absolut legendär und es hat wirklich Spaß gemacht damit zu streamen! Sie wurde jetzt auch nur ausgetauscht, da ich nun meine liebevolle MK Kamera duch die 4k Kamera ersetzt habe!

Was hoping for better flexibility - Camera is very sensitive to bandwidth of USB ports. The wrong port just wont work. Using the camera-feed on other monitors than "Monitor 1" in discord/obs studio makes the Camera and Camera Hub software unresponsive and requires a restart. The image quality is good, but adds odd limits. Camera hub extra features(Backgrounds/ai tracking) requires high system performance. Continuously showing the Elgato splashscreen to my peers instead of the camera feed as a warning not to buy Elgato like me. Was expecting more from an expensive camera like this.

terrible camera needs hub to control it otherwise it's useless. firmware refuses to update

i bought this elgato facecam mk.2 but it not working its keet turning off and now it not even turning on
