I had trouble putting it together, but that's not saying it stuff to put together just not my specialty so I had to take it to a bike shop and have it put together you go ahead and pay the extra amount to Walmart to put it together. Other than that, it's great. I love it.

Turns out, it was a Gocio model, instead of the Elifine, but is nearly identical, and the specifications are the same. I believe they are both made by the same company. Overall quality seems good, but time will tell how well it holds up.

I love the bike itself. I'm a big person and was worried on how it would handle light weight specifically going up hills. I was pleasantly surprised that it works with ease and is fairly simple to get the hang of. My issue was in the set up. Maybe it's because it was my first time, but it took me hours to figure out, just to have the skewer break the first time I rode it. The company was great about sending a replacement part though and I took it took a bike shop to put it together for me. Since then I have had no issues and use it several times a day! It is my main transportation and I get excited everytime I use it!

Really nice bike, and affordable bought one for wife too. Delivery was great, left in front porch and too heavy to pickup and run. Should have had Walmart assemble them. They included a tool kit perfect for what's needed. I needed some help between video and manual, plus “small” things were a headache: Both fenders needed “adjustment “ to avoid rubbing in tires…. Not straight even now. Next time I'll have Walmart install.

What I ordered and what I received are 2 different things. I ordered this Elifine electric bike and received a Vivi bike. Similar but misleading. VIVI is all over it in big letters and not a fan of that. I would return but doubt I can pack it back in the box it came in.

i just got this electric bike for my birthday which i did love but its not changing so i can't ride it anymore. i don't know if its the charger or the battery but think its the charger considering the battery was full when ww got it. We have tried contacting the seller and they have not helped. i don't know what kind of charger it takes although it would be nice if the seller would help.

I was super excited to get this bike at such a discount, but now I know why. It was a pain in the butt to put together, mainly because of the instruction booklet. It came with instructions for 4 different kinds of bikes, and had a QR code for each bike, but the one for THIS bike was cut off when printed so I couldnt get help there. The walmart page was of zero help and then I tried to look it up online and on youtube and EVERY search went straigh to a completely different brand/bike. THIS specific bike, was/is, nowhere to be found! This screams extremely suspicious to me with all kinds of red flags! We assume its put together, but it makes weird noises and doesnt get up to the speed ot claims. Just be cautious and safe with orders on here. I wish I had done my homework a little better.

My rear tire tube stem thing.. broke completely off ... the third time I rode it... Factory tunes horrible... bike also doesn't handle hills well or a bike path terrain well either..... but It is priced at the lower end for an ebike so I guess you get what you pay for...

They sale the ebike my batteries don't charge request for new battery email more than 6 time walmart and this company don't even reply one to me and walmart don't do anything at all can't even ride my ebike I purchased in October thanks to saler and walmart don't order from this store

bike is dangerous no way to shut off peddle assist when engage throtle control bike seat will not titan enough on stem moves side to side cruise control won"t engauge no response from customer service. or Phinermore the suppler after sending them multiple e mail stuck with this bike Im scared to ride this is not my first e bike
