Great bike!!
good shipping details, but no Customer support number for Gocio E bike i received not Elifine E bik,e. not even in owners manual, looks like same bike advertised! riding the bike I'm pleased with performance and range but have I to reboot to turn on, remove battery and reset turn on and bike turns on , also never got E mail for 3 year Warranty you really need to supply phone number for CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!

5 stars fir viví bike 14. because am satisfying with this inversion. I used the bike to go the shopping and exercise, but I do not where can buy the battery and the Wheels for the future replace them.
Nice bike .
It's a good e bike, just need a little more rubber on the wheels, they flatten too easily.. other than that it's a good bike..
got the ebike out of the shipping box and noticed that my front wheel break axel was damaged, and would not lined up on front folks etc,so i called a nearby ebike shop, called rock and roll cycles, they had the front break axel part in there store and mounted it on my front tire rim,,pretty bad,yiu paid hard earned money and get your shipment delivered and its damaged and im out of money, i shouldn't had to spend,
The bike never charged it's battery, I thru it away. A loss of money and time. They should have sent me a new battery pack. I'm a travel nurse and had to move to another state.
Missing parts and wrong size wrench. Instructions incomplete and unclear. Pedal threaded wrong.
Taken to repair shop recently and quoted more than the value of the bike to fix 3 major issues with the pedal assist, brakes, and tire.
