great taste
great taste, I like very spicy foods so I wouldn't mind it being a bit more spicy. I would definitely recommend this hot sauce, in fact I already have.

i have bought elijha hot sauces a few times n it's a good flavor and hotness ,i mix it with bbq sauce for my chicken, ribs n brats 90% of the time n what i don't put sauce on is what i pick off the bone for my Shadowdog i get adds from them n next add ill see if they got scorpion red or Carolina reaper hot sauce

Good for everyday cooking
There's not much lingering spice to this, and overall it's not as spicy as I'd thought it would be. Very manageable and would be ok to cook with for friends and family who like spicy things but you're not trying to hurt.

intense and surprising heat
This was very spicy, I'd say I would compare it to the Last Dab, intense heat but still good, the taste isn't there but how intense the spice is surprises you
