Pressure could be a little stronger. I like the fact I can dial the type of spray I want. This feature eliminates the need to constantly pump to use spraying
I picked this to try out in my garden as a watering can instead of spraying weed killer. Assembly is very easy and quick. The hose connects the the sprayer and add whatever liquid you chose to spray into the canister. The hose piece screws into the canister and with a few pumps for pressure, it is ready to go. The pump also locks into place for easy carrying. I would highly recommend this for all gardeners because of the easy assembly, use, and for the quantity of liquid you can use at one time.
Easy to transport and with multiple uses. This sprayer can be used to kill weed, water plants, to use insecticide chemicals, it has many use options. And it is very easy to use and very easy to assemble. It has several spray functions for better comfort and is not very heavy. Recommended 100%.
This is the third pump of this kind that I've used over the past eight years. The first one broke after several years and the second just quit working last month. Both of them were about the least expensive version on the market, but that's what I have in my experience to use as a comparison to this product. The Eliminator I got is a 2-gallon capacity with an adjustable head. I absolutely love having the adjustable head on this one! You can switch from a stream to a vertical or horizontal “fan” spray, which extends a good distance across! This is helpful with sidewalk seams where fire ants love to show up. The “shower” setting is actually more of a stream and the “stream” setting is a very small pinhole-sized setting, which would be good for incredibly tight spaces. I'm disappointed there's no genuine “shower” setting, however. All in all, I'm very happy with this pump so far. It has more options than my old pumps and seems to pressurize nicely. I haven't had the need to use the pressure release valve, but it is clearly marked and looks easy enough to operate. Also, the 2-gallon capacity means that, when full, it is heavy enough that I can set it down and use the sprayer without the entire thing falling over. My old pumps only held 1 gallon and frequently fell over if I didn't carry them the whole time.
Overall it is a very good home use sprayer. The relief valve is the weak link in its quality. It works, however, it requires additional assistance to make it functional during use. If it were only water it would not be an issue. With chemicals only thin latex gloves work to adjust on and off and snugging back down on device. Using larger rubber gloves will not work for the dexterity needed. I Advise Latex Gloves on Standby Under Rubber Gloves Just in Case.
Brought it home, assembled, filled, pressurized according to the instructions and it sprayed a little bit for about 30 seconds and then never again. I took it apart again and put it back together again hoping it was user error but it isn't. This will be returned as I probably got it defective one? But I read reviews and it seems this is pretty common a problem.
The price of this item was wonderful, but I definitely got what I paid for. I purchase this sprayer back in January of this year i’m just now opening it because I had it as a back up but the pump and the sprayer does not work. I even tried putting tape around it and that didn’t help. Do not buy!
I purchased this item after my first purchase of another item from Walmart was defective. The pressure was not as forceful as my original purchase from Walmart. After using for a few days, the sprayer began spraying only in 2 weak streams from the side. No matter what setting it was on.
I bought this product thinking that it’ll work for me to use in the backyard to kill the weeds but every time I pump it and then squirt out very little liquid and it made me exhausted. Keep pumping and it just doesn’t work. I don’t recommend a customer to buy this product
Low quality. sprayer assembly won't thread correctly. The pump will not thread straight, keeps going off to an angle and sticks. I ordered it online, however it doesn't allow me to return it by mail and tells me I have to go to store to return it and get my money back! What the heck???
