Eliminator Fly Ribbon Trap, Paper Ribbon, 8 Pack

We had a load of fruit flies and couldn't find out from where. These were a godsend! You need to be careful when opening because if you don't twist them as you pull they can get to stuck to themselves. However they come with a pish pin in the lid to hold the little red string that unwinds the trap. We cheated and put a piece of duct tape up and held the ted string in the middle of the window but the second we used the pin to pop it to a box by the recycling and now......... No fruit flies!

I thought I had fungus gnats that weren't responding to the vinegar traps, so I got these fly ribbons at someone's suggestion, and they worked incredibly well. What I later found out was that my mean little gnats are actually midges that bite and draw blood, AKA no see-ums. T We've had a lot of rain in NM. They seek moisture and go for your eyes, mouth, and nose. I am extremely happy with this product. Just ordered more in case my grown kids are having the same problem at their homes.

glue gets on everything as u put it into place... and doesn't come off anything that touches the glue... however, extremely effective.... catches regular flies, horse flies AND fruitflies alike... could only expect 100% effectiveness if had insecticide on it... these had just glue...

fresh opened Eliminator fly strip, hung up and watched a fly land on it and fly away with a little struggle, I bought these because the Raid fly strip didn't hold the fly when it landed on the sticky surface, what's happened to fly ribbons? never saw such ineffective traps in my life

I hung two eight hours ago and though there are at leadt two dozen house flies buzzing around thdfe are only two on a trap though they are placed very close to the window where the flies are congregating. Thdy might be good to trap the occasional fly but are not working to get rid of a small infestation.

It did not work at all to attract and / catch any flies that are in this room. It makes no sense that they make, market and sell this product that does not work at all.

These are 100% useless !!!!! I've seen three fruit flies fly onto the paper, they slowly walk to the edge of the paper and then they can fly away !!!!! I completely and totally wasted my money ! My brother told me he bought some of the same flypaper and he hung up three of them and after several weeks there was not even one gnat or fly on the paper !

I totally regret not buying the brand I've used for decades😭. These things are worthless. Lesson learned..!! My husband put all 10 of these up around our house %26 nothing. Those fly🪰🪰🦟🦟%26 mosquitoes just keep lying right by as if they're not even there..

Wanted to try a brand other than RAID. Don't make the same mistake I did. Fly's, fruit flies, and other flying insects can land on these strips and not stick. They can walk on it and rest of it for a while and not stick. Do not waste your money on this product- just go with RAID strips!

I have a 5' x 7' x 8' spare bathroom. I placed the ribbon adjacent to the sink area, hanging from the ceiling. The bathroom door was closed and not used. Not one mosquito was attached to the "catcher" over a 7 day period. The glue is very sticky, good. The glue is not treated with anything to attract the mosquitos, bad. The product does not work as advertised.
