After 15 yrs, our iJoy2 chair stopped working. I opted for this Titan because of the additional features it included vs the comparable human touch. I was really impressed with how secure it keeps in the chair via the air compression chambers as well as how it incorporates them into the massage. I expected the foot and calf unit to be more of gimmick. Not sure. Excellent foot massage.

OMG!!! Great massage chair. Easy to unpackage, although very big and heavy, you may need help moving it to the perfect spot. The ordering and free delivery was easy and awesome. Love getting my massages at home. It's a great value and I highly recommend this chair.

The massages are deep and intense and really gets the knots in your neck and shoulders. There are a lot of different programs to choose from and you can lower the intensity. This is a good massage chair for the price.

Ok, it was on sale, first, the price is nice, and it's a reputable brand. When I received it, it was well packaged. I like to have the stretch massage 20 mins before bed, so I can have a good sleep. I will recommend it to my friends.

It's heavy duty massage chair. I wish it have option that I can adjust it to softer massage. Beware of delivery. They told me delivery time is noon to 4 pm. They came 8 am. and left the box in front of the door. Me and my husband spent 1 hour to open box and carry 250 lbs inside the house. This is first time in my life that they won't bring it inside the house.

Titan 3D Elite Deep Tissue Voice Activated Massage Chair, my wife really likes this chair. We did get it on sale. Unpacking was easy. The full massage will give you a deep massage. The greatest thing for me is the foot massage it feel like there are 2 hands massaging my feet. The neck and shoulder massage also feels like hands. I was hoping we would like this chair since we bought it unseen. We really like it and it looks awesome. The only strike I give it is the heat option needs to be a voice command because after you select your type of massage you have to go into other options to turn on the heat.

Cushioning flattened out in 2 months. Pokes to sit in chair now. Warranty doesn't cover it.

bought though osakiusa Titan elite 3D massage chair.Worst purchase I've ever made! First of all this chair hurts so bad even on the lowest setting the balls dig into your back and then the rollers pinch your skin together. You have to literally push down on the leg part to keep it down, if you relax at all it starts to pull back up. And then on top of that they want to charge me $350 to ship it back. After I already paid to get it shipped there. Big waste of money I would not buy this unless you can personally sit it in it and test it first.
