Had to remove and reinstall battery to work, didn't see that in instructions. Load correct software from vendor to configure. Not detailed instructions but AI answers detailed questions. The USB cap is the entire top, confusing at first. Several export options, including 2003 Excel. Fairly quick prob sensitivity in an air duct, about half the temperature difference in 20s. Fairly intuitive and functional. Low cost.
