I purchased 3 ‘Its so long’ mascaras for myself and two daughters. Besides the fact that we Love, Love, Love the product, communication was constant from the minute of purchase up until delivery. They were delivered by the next week (approx waiting delivery time was quoted up to three weeks) and in Perfect order, we even got a few little sample goodies in there as well. Very happy customer.

I bought both Mascaras "Its so long", and "Its So Big. I love them both equally. I do have on comment though unrelated to the purchase of mascara. I've received two samples from IPSY of your Matte Bronzer, and of the highlight recently, and I just want to suggest making the samples a little bigger. They are so tiny that you cannot even get a brush into them. Other than that I love all products from this brand that I have tried so far!

This makes my 11th new item purchase from EM and I don't ever plan to stop. Each and every item has been a hit and I have re-ordeed multiple times. I love this It's So Long mascara as much as the It's So Big, I will never use another mascara. None of the EM mascaras flake, smudge, or run and they last well over 12 hrs. These mascaras wear like a waterproof but wash off so easily with a little soap/cleanser and water. I recommend Elizabeth Mott to all.my family and friends. LOVE. LOVE. LOVE.

I usually have a tough time finding mascara that doesn't clump up on my eyelashes AND the brush but this mascara is great! If there is a little extra mascara on the end you can just wipe it on the inner ring of the tube and it takes care of it! Love the material of the brush too!

It's So Big has literally been the ONLY mascara that doesn't smudge under my eyes...and I've tried everything at Sephora, CVS, etc. I tried this one on a whim and luckily it has the same staying power for me. They are longer than they are with It's So Big, but less thick. Either way I am very happy! pros: Made my lashes long, didn't flake or clump cons: No curl or volume

I have short, straight and stubby eyelashes. No mascara has been able to lift them up, till I met It's so long! This mascara is magic in a bottle. Helps lift, curl, and holds that curl all day long. I'm always on the hunt for the next holy grail mascara. After trying this I knew I had found my match. This mascara makes my short stubby lashes look long and luxurious. It also has an amazing brush that curls and grabs every single lash. An absolute must have for every mascara junkie. pros: long lasting. darkens lashes, lengthens.

I purchased Three of these, one for myself and two for my daughters. We all Love them! The shape of the brush makes for easy application. It coats each and every lash and highlights the length. Love this product, the value, the ease of purchase, the constant communication during transit and prompt delivery. They even gifted a few little samples in the pack. This company and their products Rock! Definitely will be a return customer.

I loooove the consistency and texture of this mascara. It doesn't clump, it doesn't flake off, and it applies very smoothly. I can also layer it without fear of it getting too heavy. What I didn't like very much is the brush. The shape is awkward, so it is hard to apply without getting some on the upper or lower eyelid. However, it is a small price to pay for such a great product!

This is almost one of the best mascaras I have tried since searching for my HG. Much better than It's So Big, that was good, but flaked a lot. I tried this one because I ordered it by mistake. When I first opened it, I did not think the bush was going to work...and I was right! It is too big and way too flimsy. The silicone brush bends and sways way too easily making it very difficult to get the mascara on. I don't necessarily dislike silicone wands, but I do hate this one. It is a huge reason why I may not re-purchase this mascara, which is unfortunate because it is one of the better ones. It does not clump, does not run, does not create panda eyes, stays on all day, lengthens dramatically, removes easily and holds a curl decently. Please consider changing the wand on this mascara.
